Video from the Snap-G Camera is crystal clear. The extra wide-angle and zoom are nice features. Wide angle (without the fisheye effect) is particularly nice. Overall, it seems to be a notch better than your previous camera.
Seeing how clear the video is just made me upgrade from my camcorder to the Snap G . It take a very clear picture and I haven't tried it in 4K yet. It may be small but it has a lot of features. 👍👍👍👍👍👍.
I'm in the UK and I should be able to buy this camera, it's ideal for my travel channel. Also thank you for highlighting the digital zoom which isn't advertised. My screen has cracked on my osmo pocket and I'm fed up waiting for the pocket 3. I imagine DJI will over price the 3 and it would probably be similar to this awesome camera. I didn't buy pocket 2 because that was expensive.
Yes! I have the DJI Pocket 2 Creator Combo. That's the best! For the size of it, it has the best video and audio quality with both internal mics and the wireless one provided with the creator pack. The only minus of the internal mics are the wind reduction stuff...but if there's no wind or only a little bit, the sound coming from them is amazing. :)
While maintaining the same width and depth as the Pocket2 , perhaps that new gimbalcam will encourage DJI to design the future Pocket3 to be powered with one or two AAA batteries. Also, for the Pocket3 to be made weather sealed , and remove the red circle from around the lens on the Pocket2. 🌤
Hi Johnny, I also have the Pocket 2 (2 of them lol) and I've been looking for footage from the Snap G for a couple of weeks to see how it compares. From my perspective, I see a lot of jitters and very jerky movements compared to the Pocket 2 (there is also very pronounced fisheye in some of the shots). Maybe this will be fixed through firmware updates, but atm I very much prefer the footage out of the Pocket 2 :)
This video is pretty good, nice and clear with the new camera. I looked it up: Super Early Bird Full Pack $339 USD, now if I could find a use for myself I would get that.
I prefer the DJI. When panning, the footage looks a bit choppy. And it seems the advantage of a wider FOV is lost when you turn on fish eye correction.
Hey Jonny you just shocked me there with that news about the DJI pocket One battery lasting only 10 mins, as I just bought one only I cannot activate it it won't connect with the app! Do you know is it possible to still run the Osmo off a power bank even if the battery doesn't work anymore?

Bummer, totally disappointed. It's my opinion that every product like this should have a removable battery! That is the feature that had me from the get-go. (that's why I haven't upgraded my phone from the LGV20...all because of the ability to switch out a drained battery) I went to the site and chose to purchase the "Early Bird FULL Package" but unfortunately, they don't take PayPal and I don't have a credit card and don't want to use my debit card...I would have liked to purchase this camera. I was getting ready to order the Fimi Palm 2 Pro when I just happened to stumble upon a video for this camera...so disappointed that the site doesn't use PayPal! I guess I'll have to go back to the original choice I started out with earlier today and proceed with buying the upgraded Fimi 2 Pro

I think pocket 2 is better in terms of stability. I think Pocket 3 will blow this one out of the water.

weather sealed gimbal would cost way too much. ive used my pocket in slight rain and it still worked well. you can charge pockets whilst recording.

That's the hard part lol. I bought a GoPro not knowing what I'd do with here and a few years later I'm a RUclipsr lol

You can run them off the powerbank.. maybe my original one just has a bad battery but it's probably just degradation doing its thing. Cheers

dji pocket series are the best in image quality
Many jitters. Pocket 2 is much better.
