I agree. I stopped watching vlogs of people just partying and spending money. It’s not realistic. Especially for those of us who are 30+. We’re trying to be healthy and save 😂and most work regular jobs so some RUclipsrs aren’t relatable. It’s seems out of touch especially with how some people around the world are suffering. Mindlessly spending money on the internet just seems heartless. Love your gym/health videos. Would love to see you do something like a week of gut health meals or something like that ❤
Then go look for a 30+ year old influencer
@@judyneno4492 this wasn’t a negative thing. I said. She’s doing something positive and it’s not realistic to party and spend hundreds every day. People do want to see realistic vlogs that have positive impact. She’ll be 30 one day, so will you. So starting a positive lifestyle is a great thing before she even gets there. Have a great day.

side note about the energy drinks. pls pls pls check the nutrition facts before buying them. the canned version of Celsius and Alani Nu both have biotin in them which is why you may have been experiencing breakouts. it happened to me every time i would drink an Alani Nu 😭 i would recommend the GHOST or REIGN brand if you are looking to still drink them for working out

This popped up on my recommends and I relate so much to wanting to gain weight for years. I was 115 lbs. for years(high school-my late 20s) until my gyno told me that I’d lose my fertility if I didn’t start gaining weight. I wanted to gain weight, but this really set a fire under me to start my journey. I ended up gaining 10 lbs in one month just by using the weight gainer, adding more protein to my diet and working out. I have fell off due to depression, but I’m still at a weight that I’m proud of.

This may help someone who is scared to go to the gym… I was very active in high school, I was on dance line (I danced with the band) so we had long long practices everyday. When I graduated I stopped being active and became so lazy but somehow I stayed the same weight. I wanted to gain weight too, mostly in my thighs and butt lol but I went through sooo much, was at home all the time but I started back doing at home workouts in my living room like everyday. Drinking water, and EATINGGG!! I love to eat so I probably was eating a lil too much due to the fact I was battling with depression and stuff too, but long story short I started gaining weight in the right places that I wanted! Then I started to panic cause I wasn’t use to that weight. Went to the gym randomly one day all by myself. It’s not as bad as it may seem. Everybody there is there to do the same thing you are going to do.. WORKOUT. I had a great experience though I know it may be different for everybody but everybody in there is actually focused and motivating. They don’t really stare at you, everybody be in they own world focusing on theirselves. SO GO!!!! Give it a try.
& I still go to the gym btw & I love it! It becomes to addicting lol & I’m finally getting thick how I wanted to as well 🎉 CONGRATS VADAH for staying faithful to what you wanted & see your results

For anyone looking to gain be careful with whey protein and even the Vega brand . If you have acne prone it may trigger it. I use “garden of health “not as many calories as whey gainers but still has helped me .
Yes I’m trying to gain weight but I have acne prone skin n my face literally breaks out every day cus of food n it’s so stressful
@@maiaahh7552 try to diary things that trigger your acne so you can keep up with causes you to break out , water will help flush out your triggers

You gotta run old oil through a strainer with tiny holes to get the old fried flour out. I use to ❤ that came bacon until my sister told me to why would real turkey bacon have artificial flavors? She was 100% right. Im not a health kick chick but when someone trys to put me on to something that better for my body i will try it. I replaced it with Sams choice uncured turkey bacon... HANDS DOWN THE BEST TURKEY ON THE MARKET & Walmart always have it. Dont say i ain't put you on.
