I am not sure if it’s a Libra thing but we do like to have everything perfect for our birthdays and sometimes it just don’t go the way we planned, then we get in a mood , but it always works out. No, because this happened to me nearly every year especially these past 3 years. It's like when I set these expectations like you said it all falls through. However, I noticed whenever I set expectations for what I'll do for someone else for their birthday or christmas, some how majority of the time it goes GREAT. I be like damn was it because the energy I put out was different, was I trying to do to much or why can't I be great, lols. My 21st wasn't how I wanted but I still enjoyed myself surprisingly. Haven't finished the video yet, but hope things had turned in your favor.
