Mark sensible not going, I'm no longer on citalopram and on different medication but took a while for me to improve. Can't stand panicky or noisy people around me. Hate heart going 1 to 100, the new tablets helping. I love my own company so lockdown not so bad for me as others. Mark needed his space, nice of Nadia for being so understanding.

Mark I am praying for you to get better,hang in there it gets better.I was originally diagnosed with Depression and anxiety,but 2 yrs. ago I had a manic episode,and was diagnosed with Bi Polar,thank goodness they found a medicine to control my mania as well as the Depression.
It’s so funny that you think that’s a lovely view lol! You can tell you are Londoners and used to busyness. I come from a quite town and that view is totally busy and not calming to me at all! I would hate it.
