I'm so damned proud of you, Mark. You battled through that low, grappled with the diagnosis, and managed to continue on. Takes a strong man to do that, whether you realize that or not. Your openness, truthfulness, and honesty leads and shows so many of us that we aren't alone. Nadia's openness, kindness and accountability helps in the same way. Yall are amazing. Whether you realize it not, both of you help us all in an extremely cathartic and real way. Thank you. I also found it extremely touching Nadia calls you her Beautiful Disaster. My wife calls me Sick & Beautiful. Much in the same grain. Yall are awesome. I look forward to the day I can drink a ginger beer with Mark and make some carnitas tacos for Nadia. Much love.
I just showed my wife your breakdown video. We both cried, we are going through this now with me and for 6 months I have actually seen a psychiatrist but was to scared to take pills. Now having new appointment because I can’t cope anymore. It’s so hard! Watching your video just helps knowing we’re not the only ones going through things like this. Sorry for heavy comment. Xxx
So much love and hugs to you Mark, I was getting teary but for a good reason! We're all here for you as is Nads and the girls who love you unconditionally. Those who support each-other, stand strong xxx
mental health,i’m 70yrs of age now,but i remember so well how it affected my lovely, lovely dad,i remember going to see him in hospital i had to sit on the step outside, and dad came down to me for a few hugs,i learned as an adult that my dad had undergone,”electric shock treatment “ sounds so barbaric, but dad managed to go back to work as a bus driver, and after being off for over a year, had to do his test again, but he got back to something like normality,i adored my dad,and he was so very brave, big hugs mark, get well soon, and stay strong, you have an amazingly supportive family, you will get there!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
Mark the bravery you have for sharing this is admirable. I know all too well the reassessment of the past after diagnosis and if you knew earlier it wouldn't of caused certain events to happen how they did. Big hugs. Take one hour at a time, one day at a time and keep being the Mark we love ❤
Well done Mark, your doing great, oh and well done for your film 👏, I was only diagnosed at the age of 42, I did have a psychiatrist, social worker ect but I always lied about things that were going on cos I was embarrassed, I couldn't tell people how I felt what would they think of me! I was an alcoholic at 14 🤦♀️ and would never let anyone know the real me. Anyway happy anniversary to the both of yous it was nice to see yous away together, it warmed my heart ❤
The way you have a good insight into what is happening to you and has happened to in the past with regards to your mental health is quite something Mark. Many people are in similar situations but just find it all completely baffling and overwhelming and are unable to unravel it all. You are also able to clearly articulate your experiences extremely well which once again has some huge benefits when getting help from professionals as they are able to completely get your story and where you are coming from. Also..... as hard as it is, try not to look back at the what ifs with regards to being diagnosed sooner. Life is full of ' what ifs ' and ' could I ' and 'should i 'and if only ' moments!!! We could write long lists about different paths we have taken and maybe shouldnt have etc. Stay in the moment, stay positive and strong as much as you can and take each day as a new day with new beginnings out there waiting for you . " Dont count the days ..... make the days count " xx
MARK I’m beyond proud of your courage and bravery , you’re openness and willingness to discuss your mental health so candidly regardless of any backlash you may receive. It makes me feel like it’s ok to struggle, You make me feel better about asking for help. Thanks for everything you do. Much love xxx
Mark you are a brave, strong, courageous, genuine man. I am sorry it took so long for you to get a proper diagnosis, but now you do and with the right medication you might feel more balanced. You are so open about your mental health and I am sure this will help so many other people with the same condition. You are not alone, we all love you.
Mark, I suppose all those years ago you was so busy dealing with your alcoholism, that you did not reasile you had underlying problems which was pushed to the back of your mind and have only now come to light. Such a brave and loving man, keep strong, day at a time. I know, you know, how lucky you are to have Nadia the girls and Co to help you through each and every day, showing their love and support to you, on a journey that hopefully will make you feel you can cope with life. Lots of love, and hugs, and thanks for your honesty, so refreshing. God bless, we are ALL here for you... ALL. XXXX

I could really get a sense of the journey you’ve been on. Your courage shines through and is truly amazing. Thank you for sharing this ❤️ Lovely to see Nads and Lisa in the beautiful blue skies of Brighton too 🥰

If only, if only. My dear dad first contemplated suicide at 50. He was never diagnosed but being a fighter pilot in WW2 definitely had something to do with his mental illness which we lived with until he took his life at 52 when I was 16. I am so relieved for you and your family that you have accessed the only person who can help you. You, Nadia and the girls will have the tools and direction so you do not have to end your life in 2 years because it is just too hard to keep living. My very best love to you all. X.

It must have been really difficult editing parts of this, so thank you so much. So pleased to see you both having lovely time on your anniversary. (Amazing food). Love ya both 🤗
I’m so glad you’ve finally got the right diagnosis mark. I was diagnosed with bpd when I was 18 and I’ve tried many antidepressants and ssri’s but only found 1 that helps but because I have diabetes I’m no longer allowed to take it as it messes with my blood sugar levels so right now I feel like I’m back to square 1
@@asc9867 I’ve lost my mam, oldest brother, granddad and last year my husband all in the space of 5 years so that’s all added to my mental health too. I’m supposed to start counselling this morning but I’m having a major freak out about leaving the house

We love you mark, thanks for sharing, as always and opening my eyes to what I didn’t know before x
