The narrator pronounced every proper noun of local significance, completely wrong. And it's not even because of his accent, that he butchered it… You think you would have consulted somebody from California before releasing? I am born and raised in California and there were several locations I had to try really hard to determine what you could have possibly been talking about... to name a few: Fremont, Pleasanton, Van Nuys, BART, San Jose just to name a few... You sound IGNORANT! its extremely difficult to listen to. oh god especially the BART makes me cringe. It's just bart!!!!! and san (ho-zay)... van (nyz) and theres a bunch I missed here but you really should fix it. happy to lend a hand.

As a Bay Area resident, it's nice to see both the BART Silicon Valley extension and the Santa Clara development mentioned in this video, as both are exciting projects. For BART, their biggest need is to extend to San Jose Diridon to connect with the other transit networks such as Caltrain, ACE and another connection with Amtrak and VTA. And for Santa Clara, I've been seeing multiple 20 story residential buildings when passing both the Great America and SCU stations by train, which is encouraging because more homes are needed to alleviate congestion and bring down the housing market value to make everything more affordable
And that's not even mentioning California High-Speed Rail, which would be an absolute game changer for the entire state

All these train projects do not address a huge safety issue with continued assaults stabbings and shootings. The “high” speed railway from nowhere to nowhere. Should have been stopped multiple times for not meeting milestones built in to protect excessive cost overruns and building delays. Technically it should already be carrying passengers from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
In 2008, California voters approved a ballot measure to build a high-speed rail (HSR) network that would connect the state's major urban areas and reduce travel times. The original promise was to have a system that could travel at speeds of up to 220 miles per hour, with a nonstop trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles taking just 2 hours and 40 minutes, compared to about nine hours on Amtrak. The system was also expected to be completed by 2020 and cost $9.95 billion in state bond funding

Before I rip your video to shreds, a little background. I've worked for the city of LA for 30 years and couldn't wait to leave. Ca. is a broke state, both financially and morally, run by career bureaucrats who care more about getting re elected than the benefit of their constituents. The state is now facing a staggering 55 billion dollar deficit despite the fact of being one of the most overtaxed states in the country. LAX is and will remain a cluster f*ck of airports, Previous mayor Hahn's airport renovation should have been chosen, though more expensive, rather than this piss poor compromise. Next, high speed fail. You've stated in the beginning of your video, a cost of 77 billion, Please update your news sources. It's now estimated at more than double that, if ever completed since the feds will soon stop all future funding due to corruption and constant cost overruns. Even in the remote possibility of completion over 20 years from now, the maintenance costs will be in the billions of dollars every year, whether people ride or not. Do you actually believe that the airlines will sit by and watch their market share disappear? They will take a loss on in state flights just to destroy this waste of taxpayers money. The ticket costs will NEVER create a profitable transit system, without constant infusion of taxpayer money. Good luck Ca....you'll need it, unless you cease voting for nitwits who have destroyed a once beautiful, safe place to live.

And all these companies that are closing doors and some people from california to texas. Lol well texas could have all the old left overs. And california is aiming for new bigger things to keep california for what it is. So all these companies go ahead and leave to texas lol.its always a cycle of something else thats bigger better that is just waiting its turn to show in california. So texas take the old stuff that california doesnt want anymore. California will just get always bigger better things in the future that you guys cant get.
