Great to see more people fanning The Baltimore SubwayLINK. It's rare to come by good HD run-by videos of the SubwayLINK. I remember when I did mine, some pretty-seasoned railfans were commenting "Wait, Baltimore has a subway line?" Guess, it best keep secret. By the way, If you ever have the time, swing by the Streetcar Museum near Penn Station.
Wouldn’t be any different riding in these trains since they’re the exact same trains used for the Miami Metrorail although Metrorail has begun replacing them with brand new trains. One of which went into service months ago I believe.
Its a shame every major east coast city from mid atlantic up has a extensive subway system....except Baltimore. DC has its 102 mile 6 line 250 million riders yearly Metro subway system, Philly has the total SEPTA 95 million riders (subway alone) rapid transit system with numerorus lines, NYC has the largest urban transit system in the country 245 miles long with 27 lines 2.6 billion yrly rirders.Boston Bay area transit has 3 lines 40 miles of track with over 156 million riders a yr( subway alone). Than there's Baltimore...8.2 million yearly riders on a 15.5 mile track with 1 line. Baltimore you are a crowded east coast city...that's pathetic. Atlanta has Marta with 68.4 million annual riders , 48+ miles of track and 4 lines. Miami has 2 lines 24+ miles of track and almost 20 million annual riders.
I wish they change the color back to blue and green stripes on buses and light rails like the old days. The paint job on these buses are just totally ugly ugly ugly 🤢😂😂😂
