- White sauce pasta is an Italian recipe that is very popular in India.
Try out this Indian style creamy and delicious white sauce pasta.
Ingredients:
Boiling :
Pasta - 1.5 Cup (150gm )
7-8 Cup - Water
1/2 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Oil
White Sauce :
500ml - Milk
2 tbsp - Butter
2 tbsp - Maida
1 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
Pinch - Nutmeg Powder
Preparation:
2 tbsp - Olive Oil
1.5 tbsp - Garlic Crushed
1/2 Cup - Carrot Chopped
2-3 tbsp - Broccoli parboiled
1/2 Cup - Bell pepper (Green / Red/ Yellow)
1/4 Cup Boiled Corn ( boiling time pinch turmeric , Pinch Sugar )
Zucchini , Celery Stem optional
1/2 tsp - Salt
White sauce
Boiled Pasta
1 Cup - Amul Cream
1/2 Cup - Grated Cheese
1/2 tsp - Oregano
1 tsp - Mix Herb
1/2 tsp - Chilli Flaks
1/2 cup - Milk ( Adjust the consistency)
2 tsp - Black Olives Slice
Garlic Bread
Butter
Garlic
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Bread
Parsley or coriander
Garnish : Parsley

Just a tip penne is used mostly for red sauce pasta / tomato pasta because pastas with holes in it like penne , macroni , cannelloni, these have holes in it where the white sauce enters and it holds the heat in it which while eating makes the hot white sauce to come out and burn the mouth thats why white sauce is used in pasta having larger surface area like fusili or farfalle as the cheesy white sauce cannot be trapped inside
