My friends teach me the 10 most important phrases of the Garifuna language in la Ceiba, Honduras. In exchange for teaching him Japanese, my friend Narci Arriola teaches me his language. Afterwards, he gives me a week to prepare for a final exam. Is it possible for a Japanese-American to learn to speak the Afro-Honduran language? We'll find out in the video.
