Hey Sid! I used to get those white spots on my back and chest too,I tried the selsun blue too,didn’t really work for me,I used Lotrimin(for athletes foot,technically it’s a fungal infection),and it cleared it completely. Just an FYI😉❤️

The white spots is actually a fungal infection called Malassezia. The shampoo should work, if not an anti-fungal cream would work too.

I was going to say this! In Brazil it is known to grow on your hair/scalp and it spreads to the back because of direct contact. You probably got it from having wet hair for long periods of time and/or sleeping with your hair wet. It's a pain to get rid of it, you'll probably need to go the doctors and start a desinfection protocol (especially on your bedding and clothes).
The only thing that knocked it out for me was a prescription (had it on my back). The shampoo and cream did not work but there is a prescription that works that my Derm was able to prescribe!
