GIRL. If your apartment is continuously flooding and you're suddenly getting migraines out of nowhere, you need to make sure it's not related to mold poisoning. That's an extremely common symptom in early stages. I would definitely look into lease termination too. Best wishes!! 🤍

I recommend getting the botox. I have TMJ & wearing a mouth guard/getting botox is what helped my tension headaches.
There is no reason that should happen. I’m sure there is mold in the walls, which is why you are probably getting headaches.

I have bad migraines and had to stop drinking super coffee! Super coffee has MCT oil in it which triggers migraines in some people.That could be something to do with it!!
They should allow you to break the lease. Flooding twice is totally unacceptable and a health hazard. Good luck ❤
I know how you feel as far as your mental health is concerned. I've been in my head lately also. It has gotten to the point where I've been crying myself to sleep. Along with putting some RUclips on. Just so I would not feel so alone at night. And, also not feel as scared too.
What do you add do the quinoa dinner for seasoning or to flavor it? Just olive oil and salt???
