I just bought a Ninja food processor , I've aways made bread by hand but thought I'd try your recipe and process !!!! I needed to add a touch more for the dough to come together, other than that it came out perfectly, shall be making it this way in future. Thank you for sharing this😊❤ 😊😊😊
0:19 You don't need to proof instant yeast. That is the point of it being instant. It should be mixed with the other dry ingredients. Even in your proofing it never foamed up and doubled like active dry yeast would and seemed to fail proofing. It looked identical to 10 minutes prior. But your bread turned out fine, so I assume it wasn't dead after all.
My dough came out clumpy and hard, i add a bit more water and two more cycles….. the batter didn’t looked like yours at all, was mixed mess of hard pieces and watery parts. I knitted to make it homogenous, but we will see… 😢 im waiting for it to rise before going into the oven, but im worried ill have a hard bread.
Follow this recipe for this machine. ruclips.net/video/DPmoPUGT8JE/видео.htmlsi=DQjf4AtMBUwu8PXY I used regular yeast and then used 4.75 cups of flour. It turned out really good.
You didn't show the 20 minutes you spent trying to scrape all that very gooey, sticky dough off the dough-blade of the Ninja 🤣🤣 I have a Ninja food processor and have used it to make several batches of bread dough and yes it can do the tedious (and messy if making a high hydration recipe) job of kneading but getting the dough out of the container and off the dough blade is difficult and messy in itself!! Seriously its a thick, very sticky, gloopy mess! I still haven't decided if its worth the bother but the bread *does* turn out nice so I intend to try to find a way to "unstick" the dough by oiling the dough blade and interior of the bowl before mixing next time.
I totally agree it is a pathetic dough maker. What really prises me off is they must have known this because I looked up their recipes and guess what 2 recipes garlic bread and a stupid ring. Total waste of money. This review also going on Trustpilot.

Can I use whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour in this recipe?

Can you substitute olive oil for vegetable oil?
Yes!
Didn't the yeast need the honey for food???

soak it in hot water along with the blade for an hour and then wash it...everything will be gone within mins....
Yeah. I prefer kneading and mixing the dough myself. I was wandering about that because I do have this and never sed it yet

@@harnishkaur8568 Oh you mean take it in the bath with you when you have a soaking. An hour soaking? Completely ridiculous.
