After rinsing off the self tanner can I use lotion then or do I have to wait 24 hours thank you!

Can I sleep in self tanner
I heard the next morning you're just supposed to rinse off and shower later. Is that true? I ask because mine doesn't stick very well and maybe I'm doing something wrong.
The morning after I self tan, I just do a rinse. After a few hours, you can shower with your soap and etc., and you’ll be good to go!

Middle-aged hot natured woman here thinking about sleeping in long sleeves I never sleep in anything long even in the middle of winter. I'm going to look into the powder though because the stickiness never seems to go away with mine and there's no way I would manage to tan 2 to 3 hours before bedtime it just wouldn't happen. I'm not very good at planning ahead. I also don't mind if there's a little bit of transfer onto my sheets I don't have a hard time getting them clean afterwards.
I would try our Sunless Rae self tan mousse it dries instantly. If you feel sticky after yours def try the baby powder!
