Ian, you really need to adopt the Eastern grip on your forehand. You will discover an instant improvement in the shot.
Thanks, super helpful video. I sometimes find myself in a situation where I intend to play an inside-out forehand, hit the ball while approaching the net and realize to my horror that the ball ended up being "inside-in", right in my opponent's wheelhouse...

Can you do a video on how to read where the shots going
Thanks for the drill! I've been playing only doubles the last few years and just recently tried to get back to hitting singles and I've had a tough time aiming within the singles lines. My body/subconscious wants to hit balls into the doubles alley and it's been difficult to consciously change my target, and unfortunately I've started slowing down my swings and guiding balls. Hopefully this drill can help!
Serious question: From a brief glance at your book the corner looked a bit bent. Are you a page folder for bookmarking? *eyes narrow*
What about the videos with small kids hitting balls thru small round hoop targets above the net? Do you believe this helps with precision?
Those are great as long as the students understand how and why they are making the adjustments!
