I came here cause I just finished the 10 part series with Bryan Cranston and micheal stulbarg on your honor!! Episode 10 there is a scene where the mafia boss Jimmy Baxter (micheal stulbarg) does the kiss of death. I highly recommend the tv show your honor very good series!
Actually Jimmy doesn’t do the kiss of death, rather the hug of death. So no epic mouth action, lol. Your Honor’s writing is also too contrived to have any real impact, but Bryan Cranston is awesome as always.

Usually directors try to make sure that one character doesn’t seem all that much shorter than the other, but it’s scenes like this that make it slip. They did this in the first film too, Luca Brasi is supposed to be a whole 9 inches taller than Don Corleone but they shoot it at an angle that makes them seem closer in height
You can tell Fredo knew he was caught cause when Michael asked him where he was going, he responded with “just to get another drink, that’s all”. Why would you EXPECT to get asked that. If he was truly innocent, he would’ve been truly confused on why he’s being asked to go. 😢
