This is rapidly becoming my favorite RUclips channel! It's just like my playlist. I'm learning all the songs of my youth and having a ton of fun. Just wish it had been here 30 years ago.
Bands don't put albums out like Zepplin used to do. Houses.... was their fifth album released in 73! We're lucky to one album in five years from the majority of Bands today.
Now Dig ,I diged your tutrial on dancing days you added a few extras in the song does Robert Plant say now dig on dancing days Jimmie Hendrix throws the now dig in his songs all these lessons i watch i dig your vedio man.RocknRollflat5
If you give it a close listen you can hear a different wiggle or pull off that you just can't match from the recording just right. I "think" Jimmie may be using a bow on a over dub because it gives the tone a bit of a screechy sound when pulled across the strings. Possibly with the slide at times. Idk. It epic either way.👍😎
I am super impressed. I always thought he bent, instead of pulled off that main riff, or maybe a string bender. The part you say is a Strat, I always thought was overdubbed slide, but I'm not arguing, just my opinion. You have a great ear, btw.
agree! but getting reliable info on which songs proves tough for me. (other than the obvious LZ1 and I think the stairway to heaven solo) but I would love to find reliable info on where else
It's like Jimmy took the tuning, and purposely avoided sounding like Keith. I dig your attention to detail, and multiple options - approximations are cool. Jimmy seems to choose the best take, even if has a clam in it.Tone on coil split sounds right there. Keeep awn!!
I wasn't playing the notes on the E string in those chords but they sound correct . I really only liked this song when I heard it on How The West Was Won where he is forced into less is more . I tend to be annoyed by his layering in studio after V 4 . Also love the STP version a lot .
This is great. Could you do one on Ten Years Gone, please? I guess it would be quite a long one as there are probably 5 or 6 guitar parts (at least) but I think it’s their best song, and therefore my favourite by anyone, ever.

Nowadays musicians are in about 20 different bands. It takes forever to put out an album.
Youre the first guy Ive seen bend the C# to D instead of hammering.
How were they so good at songwriting it's so next level
I heard they wrote the music to this first...they added the lyrics when they were messing around outside by a fire. I can picture that...
!!!! you are bringing the goods! many thanks!
You pick the best songs dude! Thanks a freakin lot! Really appreciate your lessons. Peace.
Your always on point. You really know your STUFF! Thanks for the lesson!👍🏻
Open G is soooooooo much fun. Thanks for a great lesson my friend.

This is the best lesson I've seen of Dancing Days, seems spot on to me. Thank you very much., finally I've got it. Awesome !

Now dig like your tutorial on Dansing Day the rhythm parts you played just done it for me every
Went back and listen again. It sounds like he bends the first C# then hammers the second quicker lick.
Thank you for your GREAT PERFORMANCE❗❗😍😍
If possible plz my ZEP cover too👍👍😊😊
Amazing tutorial. This is how guitar tutorials should be done. Can I ask how high the action is over the 12th fret, for slide guitar smoothness?
Not exactly sure, but overall action is not super low.
FACT: Jimmy Page used a tele when recording

Thanks, Craig T. !! Nice lesson! Keep putting them out. Ever cover any Skynyrd songs?
