@@vinteachesmath I'm not the best with advice but I think that it's best to not overwhelm yourself with all the studying last minute and try your best not to procrastinate with studying. I personally struggle a lot with doing work on time but it's important to realize that it's better to get your work done as soon as possible rather than saving it for last minute which ends up being stressful. It's good to practice everyday if possible and learn things little by little everyday. It's also crucial to have confidence in yourself and your answers.

Hello! As a fellow math teacher, your videos are great! Thanks so much for making them. Totally unrelated question, but how are you able to write on the PDF and display it on your MacBook? Do you use screen mirroring with an iPad? I can't seem to find a way to mirror my iPad and also have the TI-smartview in view.
Thanks for the comment! I use a Wacom Tablet and notability to write on the pdf. I use premiere pro to edit out the parts where I am changing from notability to the TI software. My best advice would be to start recording and make small improvements as you go. It's a constant struggle to find the best combination of equipment and software. Screen recording is definitely easier to learn than IRL videos.

Geometry is way more definition and theorem heavy than Algebra. Be prepared to remember many terms. Geometry is a very visual subject, so many of the formulas and theorems you can remember by using your intuition. Being nervous is normal! Just be prepared to get to work as soon as the school year starts. Stay consistent with your practice, focus in class, ask questions when you are confused (be the hero for the class). #3 has a way easier way of being solved. Just plug the x coordinate into the equation and see if the output is -8. Your vid looks like it is giving ways to most easily solve the question which is why I pitch this. You do not even need the y-intercept.

That is a normal reaction during a test! During the test, try not to think too much about the fact that you are forgetting things. Focus on doing the questions you can. If you are focusing on the work you are doing, sometimes the other formula/definition from the question you skipped comes back to you.
