    • @eshootziscrs2868
      @eshootziscrs2868 Год назад +5

      Well that would be in the law, can you vote the contempt of court law or define exactly what contempt of court is?
      You can't because contempt of court is whatever the judge says it is whenever the judge says.
      How many times can you ask a judge to address an issue and be told it's nothing, it's 99% appropriate when they talk about your children. But then even suggest the judge might feel differently had they spoken of the judges children and. ..you threatened my children, that's inappropriate, that's egregious, I don't have to listen to anyone, hear anything in the judge.
      My only exposure to this was from this video so I'm sure there is a lot of context I'm missing but that judge was out of line.

      Ah well you haven't been paying attention for the last 20 years I guess.
      You see this is double speak. It's what is heard not what is said that matters and what is heard doesn't even have to be close to what was said.
      You'll here judges, cops and many others who should know better talk about the rights they have because of their position. They mean privilege and authority but they like to call them rights.
      Much like the people who suggest we live in a democracy and January 06 was the greatest threat to democracy ever. Factually they are referring to themselves and or Congress as that is essentially a democracy but it's their democracy not ours. Our democracy exist only at the state and local levels.
      You'll also hear people in power say that a person can be trespassed from a public place, not the act they commit but the person themselves becomes a prohibited person, a criminal simply for existing.
      All the PC crap that was once just a ludicrous joke is now a reality. Abortion is now healthcare though it doesn't seem healthy for the baby. Kill a pregnant mother and it's double homicide, kill just the baby and it's not even a baby.
      Of course the judge heard a threat, heck we don't even know she has children but we know she got angry, got personally invested and treated grown people like children. Couldn't let it go and went on an emotional tirade.
      But hey, she's the judge, she is better than everyone and if you question that she will use the full force and weight of the state against you under the name of justice and decorum.
      She is attractive, well spoken and maybe one of the better judges but she's still a person, no better or worse than the next. It's a shame there is so little accountability or even limits on her authority.
      I wonder if the attorney could use the official court record to file a defamation claim against the judge. She did clearly say the attorney threatened her children yet no one but her seemed to have heard a threat. Just a comparison of how she feels she is better and more deserving than anyone else. Her children matter, yours don't, her feelings will be enforced, yours need to be stifled, her words matter, yours need to be silenced.
      The judge did the right thing in the name of justice. ( That's double speak for, I agree, she let her emotions take over).
      Just remember it's the " inflation reduction act", even if it creates new record inflation just keep repeating the name until the meaning fits.

However, it is also true that if a team of attorneys acts really unprofessionally and poke and pokes the judge, it greatly increases the odds of a minor miscommunication turning into a blowout. A 2nd parent got up and using specific records, showed how the defense was incorrect in stating that the shooter "fell through the cracks" as he has a very very long record of receiving mental health services. The defense attorneys objected to these comments and wanted the Judge to control what the victims families have to say which is clearly against Florida constitutional as well as US constitutional law. I had to go watch the victims statements to learn this, something I will probably never do again in my lifetime. I can't imagine nor do I wish to imagine what they went through. They hate you representing yourself, which is simply wrong as if you win your case, the court will never order the state to pay your attorney's fees. I have listened in on pro-per cases while waiting for my cases to be heard on many occasions, and it is shocking how blatantly judges will allow attorneys for opposing parties misrepresent the law. The disdain towards the pro-per litigant is openly demonstrated. It is frankly horrifying, where I can only shake my head in disgust.
      A judge according to his oath, should not allow malpractice of law and court rules in any litigation/ mitigation, yet this is violated on a daily basis. I too, would tell folks, get an attorney, however that should not be a contingency on establishing justice and should never allow for the malpractice of juris prudence.
      There is no proper oversight of judges. Kangaroo courts are abundant in the U.S, equivalent at times to third world countries where judges often yell "this is my courtroom" meaning "I can do what I want", and if you think a judge will not allow an attorney to misrepresent against a pro-per litigant, think again.
      Even in cases where both parties have representation, judges will exercise bias and allow for malpractice under the color of law.
      The U.S has a problem, and this problem has manifested itself because judges get away with it far too often. There needs to be a change.
      I have in mind what should happen, but it would take extreme lobbying for federal legislation upon the states. Then again, even federal courts have unethical judges.

    • @eshootziscrs2868
      @eshootziscrs2868 Год назад +1

      Do you honestly believe the law says only the judge can call out insults, threats or speak in court?
      I only saw this video and I didn't care for the first attorney but he had a reason for what he was saying.
      The second attorney also took that risk and the judge saw nothing, absolutely nothing wrong with mentioning the attorneys children but when asked how she would react if it were her children.....well just watch it again. Suddenly her children are being threatened and it is 100% inappropriate.
      She tells the attorney to sit down and he does, without another word, end of it right?
      That's where you need to watch. Watch the emotion take over the judge, she can't let it go, her emotions take over and she starts ranting and raving, berating others as if they are stupid and childish rather than shower decorum and respect she becomes an emotional tyrant.
      Equality under the law, you are no better than me and no worse, the same with the judge. She has authority but she is still just a person under the law and in the eyes of justice. She was anything but calm and impartial, fair and respectful.
      Yes the attorneys might have pressed too far but I have a feeling that was by design. Someone said they were baiting the judge, thing is, she's not a dumb fish, she shouldn't take the bait but she did. All the attorney had to do was suggest it could be personal and the judge took it all personally, got offended and tried treating grown adults like elementary children, go sit in the back and write a thousand times, I won't speak to the judge. Wtf?

But look out, when the corrupt IMB Execs that fled from Argentina, the US honored Argentina's request for extradition! Not reallly. They kept their bribes and their respectability. And how about the Biden crime family you say, they were thrown in jail right? Nope, they kept their Chinese and Ukro bribes, and had the FBI to protect them all including the crackhead Hunter all chomos the lot.
