The torso looks too bulky relative to the waist - I wish it was closer to what we get with the mk43. I like the fact that the neck is short though - much closer to the “guy in the suit” look I prefer. Other figures tend to have the neck stick out quite a bit to make the figure looks more human-like in proportion and increase the articulation - the problem is when a dude wears an armour the neck tends to be recessed. So whenever I see an iron man figure with a neck of human-proportioned, I always imagine the neck of the dude inside to be abnormally long… this is why I can never get into SHF Iron Man figures - super long necks and tiny heads look utterly not-human to me. I hope we could get Iron Man figures with shorter and bulkier legs in the future for the ultimate guy in the armour look
There’s a shot in Iron Man 1 where it cuts from the CG model to the practical suit, and you can totally tell how short the neck really is in the practical suit
@@perfect112customs Yup. Even in some CG model shots (I suspect?) the necks look pretty recessed into the armour as well. Such as the fight between Rhodey and Tony in Iron Man 2 at Tony's birthday party - the suits look so much chunkier, with much thicker legs and arms, in many of the shots. I wish we could get action figures that look more like that at some point. Because with what we have right now, Tony would need to be a Daddy-Long-Legs spider to fit into most of them
Wow, the ThreeZero Iron Man Mark III looks AMAZING. This is my favorite armor and the one that kicked off the Marvel Cinematic Universe.... in my opinion. Thank you Justin for this unboxing and review video! I cannot wait to see this firsthand in person.
I’ve got a cabinet that I’m filling full of these ThreeZero Iron Man figures alongside the ZD Toys line of Iron Man suits. They scale great to each other. I just wish the ThreeZero figs had the rechargeable battery via cable port as you mentioned
was definitely expecting a super hero landing pose. From what I’ve seen three zero made them very capable of accomplishing that pose. Was supposed to get my MK46 in august. But they claimed due to Covid won’t be until October…very disappointed with that. Covid has not been delaying any other shipments from other companies.
Good figure at a good price point. I think the ThreeZero DLX BD Mk 43 is the best they have put out so far, but I also have it paired up with the Mk 44 in the display case, so I might be biased.
Don't you hate it, when bad things happen to good adjectives. Sorry had to throw that in there Justin. My Bad. Overall it's a great piece. Love the way Three Zero nailed the metallic vibe of Iron Man. Again great video and review Justin. Keep posting 1/10 figures. Kind regards Rikki
All their iron man so far is really impressive, my only gripe is the silver paint in every figure they made looks to bright or pristine, a grayish silver or gun metal would be better imo.
i may have asked this question before so apologies if i have (bad memory) but ive looked at these and ive looked at the zd toys iron man figures, would i be crazy to buy zd toys over threezero? im not an expert in what they both offer, is there a difference?
Any reason for the Hulkbuster not to be in your “best of ThreeZero Iron Man” list? Or is it just because it wouldn’t even be fair with the regular Armors? I love the Transformers DLX paint and think it would be strange if they were pristine. But I feel Tony Stark would be the kind of guy that would have some kind of auto repair, clean and paint contraption so that his armors are always looking new. So I prefer these pristine, although I would like them as well, if they were painted to seem used. Now I do hope they keep them clean for the sake of consistency.
I have the ThreeZero Mark 43 clean suit and the mark 43 battle damaged suit and the Hulkbuster suit. All three are amazing, high quality figures that I feel are definitely worth having. I highly recommend picking up this figure line. I also have the 1/6 scale mark 43 and the ThreeZero figures are like an exact copy only in 1/12 scale form. I hope this answers your question. Happy collecting. :)
Good job on the video man, I really liked it👏! Btw Justin, about these Iron Man figures, there is this line from a few years ago called Sentinel Re Edit Iron Man wich are a bunch of light up iron man suits from the comic books like the Bleeding Edge suit, the Extremis suit, the Red x Gold suit and a bunch more, I suggest you take a look on them, they're really good!😁👍
Looks beautiful ❤ is he compatible with the threezero hulkbuster? Huh didn’t know AG batteries were illegal in Australia. Here in USA you can buy them in bulks. If you look love diecast mech figures, look into CCS Toys. The Lazegan diecast figure preview dropped yesterday on Titanium boys channel and looking forward to it. You’ve convince me to preorder this!😂
I was hoping this mk3 would be to be my 1:12 mk3 but the gap is killing the figure I knew it when I saw the promo pic but this video sadly confirms my suspension☹️ last hope on comicave🙏🏻
The horrendous proportions on this release have made me 100% skip it, same cause a mark 3 in this line is what I wanted after messing with the mark 43 and loved it

Noice!
By far the best Mark 3 figure I've ever seen, it literally looks like it was pulled straight out of the movie!
Dope!
Not really. The proportions are really bad on this one
@@Lu1zF3l1pe Really? It looks good to me
@@onyxwolfreaper21 compare it to Hot Toys or to a movie model then
Imo nothing beats Hot Toys’ but this one for me is a close second.
This line of figures is on fire and I plan on having every one of them. Always appreciate your input and wonderful reviews. Thank you Justin!
More predators
Glad you like them!
Soon!

I agree I wish I had it!
Would’ve loved to see a comparison between the zd toys mark 3 and this one
Sorry
Looks amazing. Thanks for the review. Do you find the ankle ball joints to be similarly loose with their mk43, or have they been improved on the mk3?
No probs. They seem tighter here!
classic iron man suit! i absolutely love it!
Same here!
Hey Justin, would you say three zero is better than zd toys? If so, what’s the main difference in feel and quality? Trying to decide which one to buy.
Yes very. These are diecast
Thanks for another AMAZING review!
My pleasure!

Haha got that right! I can't wait for more!
@@JustinsCollection hey Justin looking to buy the optimus prime premium scale from bumblebee, any source?
@@crisis49 he already reviewed it edit: read that wrong. You can get it from sideshow.
ZD Toys would have a fierce competitor if ThreeZero did the other six Iron Man armors in the original Mark 1-7 lineup
Even though they do cost more in general you’d be right
Agreed!
Justin, if you haven’t got your sights set on the Comicave Marks 46 and 85, you totally should! I’d love to hear your take on them
Maybe!
Ok, time to pull the trigger. Thanks once again for this review Justin 🤘🤘🤘
Noice!
I think this, and the mark 50 will look great next to each other. Old vs new suits.
True!
Can you make a side by side comparison with this figure with ZD Toys Iron Man Mk III?
Maybe

Agreed
The can't wait for the Mark 44,46,50,and 85 to come out in this line
Yes!
Justin, you should try to review THREEA Ambush. It's from a movie called real steel.
Maybe!
Just got a notification I should get mine soon here in the USA. Fingers crossed war machine mark l is in the works!!!
Awesome!
Hi how do you like this in look compared to the Zd toys mark 3?
Thank you for your time
This one is the one I’d go with
I'm glad the torso is a deal breaker for me because these are expensive haha. Ill just stick to the Mk LXVI for now. Thanks for the review!
Fair enough
i may have asked this question before so apologies if i have (bad memory) but ive looked at these and ive looked at the zd toys iron man figures, would i be crazy to buy zd toys over threezero? im not an expert in what they both offer, is there a difference?
Just depends which you prefer the look of
Are you going to review the three zero iron spider when it’s released?
Yep!
Hi Justin, thank you for the review. Does this figure has any external diecast materials, or are they purely internal, or a mixture of both?
A bit of both I think some pieces are cold to the touch

If you collect this scale I think so!
Justin will you be showing how you display this iron mans, sh figuarts, statues etc? Not only hot toys
Maybe!
I would like to see a two pack of the mark 47 and 46
Me too!
How does this compare to SH figuarts Ironman MK III?
This is my preferred option
Don't know if you notice but, the left thigh has a inaccurate paint to it
Oh!
It's like they forgot about the flaps on the calves. That's why I stopped with threezero
Fair enough
This one looks great, excited to get it. I hope they make the Mark 85 too
I hope so!
Is this better than the ZD version?
Quality wise yes
does the helmet ligfht up too? and is the figure metal?
Yes
Why are those batteries illegal where you are?
Because the law says so
Just go rechargeable battery for the light up function like ZD Toys
Agreed
I feel King Arts mark 3 has the best proportion so far. This is missing steep traps.
Fair!
