Of a main road but then you get such a different feel here in these houses are all really cool they're kind of a bungalow craftsman style so the name of the street is Mendum Ave. Portsmouth has been such a hot real estate market, so let me show you some of the properties here so really cool kind of I guess it kind of a Craftsman Bungalow Style, with a consistent look and feel to the properties in the neighborhood, old trees and it certainly didn't look like this when I was a kid. you know the properties were nice but people have done a really you know beautiful job with Landscaping you know with bringing the homes current and giving them a wonderful new look but this is a really really great Street. I like that these properties do not become available, and as a result they are not inexpensive but just a wonderful spot to be.
