It's adorable! It reminds me so much if the neighborhood I grew up in and my mother neighborhood (at least 3 generations there!).
Probably the weather is like alaska haha
Ha! One might think so, but we actually have amazing seasons. Summer is hot! Hot enough to spend the days playing in the ocean along the coast of New Castle and Rye. Fall is beautiful, but crisp. For a lot of folks I know, this is their favorite time of year. Winter is cold, but hasn't been to snowy the last decade. I wish we got more snow for skiing, but I don't mind not shoveling. Winter loosens its' grip on us by March and the weather starts warming. Spring is mild and wet and hopefully gives way to summer in early June.
There is PLENTY of parking in downtown Portsmouth and nearby residential areas! How do I know? I lived there and worked/walked the downtown area of Portsmouth nearly every day for 9 years. Just visited there in the fall of 2021 and saw no parking issues whatsoever.
