Very beautiful CLASSY house .in your next project please avoid huge staircases and go in for fashionable lifts with delicate staircases as maintaining staircases especially black ones is very troublesome Every bed room can have a dress room which will keep the bedroom free of clothes being thrown on the bed , With a beautiful terrace ,the balcony for each bedroom may be small and that space can be used to have dress room Congratulations sir , keep it up

Since this is a couple of crore investment property, clients will be looking to invest long term. What happens once we get old? With all that knee pain how does one walk around the duplex house?!

Everything is good but pls give us information about the setbacks and bylaws .. is it built according to the bbmp sanction plan or not … we can spend crores on the property but what if we start getting notices from rti activists and bbmp .. we lose peace … looks like there is no set back for any of the properties you have posted !
