WOW! You teach at a 10 star rating. Your description of how to have a successful shot was clear, focused and right on. When you demonstrate how to make the shot makes me able to copy your stance , cue positions, and follow through. Keep up the great work. Fred Boyd Tulsa,Oklahoma 😊
I am so thankful to have you on u tube I have learned so much from you. My game has greatly improved. I wish I had my own table to practice more. Congratulations to being added to the hall of fame.
I have watched a lot of videos and i have improved my game from watching yours. Thank you for producing these. And congrats for getting into the Hall of Fame.
Congrats on the Hall of fame champ your are the definition of a professional and your demeanor at the table is some thing I’ve always admired since I was a kid .
Hi Niels,so glad that you're back! ! Billard is such an amazing game and you need so many knowledge and options to play the balls. And it's so good to have somebody like you to open some secrets or unknown doors! Thank you very much. Greets from Germany "Clemi"
Now I know what I've been doing for years; I never really thought about it in such detail, just drove the rock around . . . but not all the time. only after fed up with plunking in all my quarters. Thanks so much for this, Niels Termin8or! Revelation after Eureka here!
I started my RUclips channel couple months after you to track my progress as you did a few years ago when you were training for the inaugural premiere league open. I really hope those videos are still available because there were some absolutely powerful stuff in those 2hr training. you are my training for the past three years through a screen and you took only a few minutes out of your time to really help me with the weekly tutorials on Wednesday. missed you along and I hope you are back permanently now
Congratulations on the induction to the hall of fame. Awesome content as always. I like your drills though had to make some easier (alot easier) but the progress is there. Always positive and always on point. Keep up the good work. One of the few sources I come to if I need some guidance or learn some new techniques though most of my time is spent on the fundamentals.
Working on your fundamentals is a very good thing!! I hope you know this playlist? ruclips.net/p/PLzjzZn8Miek1gDQaNlkuB32AHRdwGZwJw Thanks for your positive feedback Mark 😃 If you feel you are stuck, maybe it's time to look at your goals? This video might be helpful: ruclips.net/video/ln1lsbWEQSs/видео.html
Like the way you said Efren like. Earl could have been that man if he wasn’t angry half the games. Love Earl by the way. Being humble is a big thing in the eyes of the people. I know you have to be confident.
Very helpful Tip! Watching your channel and regular practice has really improved my game. 2 Years ago my stroke was very inconsistent and 50% of all shots resulted in a uninspected position. Once I realized what "into the line" really means and that even the smallest changes on the cue ball contact point can make the difference between success and failure my game success literally exploded🙂. Thank you so much for your support!!!!
As expected you returned with bang! super potent video that was needed. the example was the hit for me so many talks about stun but when and how is where this video separates itself. awesome stuff coach. LOVE FROM JAMAICA
Dang. Glad to see Niels back! Great vid. I’ve been practicing shots like this the past few weeks, but didn’t know what they were called. Interesting to see that his tip position is not low center-left or low center right, but the tip is closer to center. Just a half a tip to the left or right. It does make a difference. The cue ball doesn’t widen out as much. It was hard to get used to which way the cue ball would spin off the rail. So I just look across the table to the rail where the cue ball will hit. If I want the ball to spin to the left off the rail, hit low center left. To the right, low center right. No spin - just plain stun draw - sends the ball in somewhat different directions depending on the angle and speed of the shot. But it often comes off the rail kind of straight. More of this!
Thanks so much for this!!! Could you tell me on the stoke, normal 4 to 6 inch follow thru or is it like a draw more than 6 inch follow thru? Also, could you do a video on stun run thru with the tip variations?
great video, one of those subtleties of pool that people don't think about. Your editing is top notch also btw. Makes everything very clear. Congrats on HOF too :)
Excellent video, this will really help my game. I have been trying to master the speed and tip position of same angled shots with varying distances trying to achieve stun, draw and everything in-between. Thanks Niels🙏!
Niels, you should rename your channel to "Powerful Stuff". Joking aside, this is one of the biggest weapons in the bag... not just the stun-draw, but the idea that when you need to apply any kind of English, it doesn't always have to be maximum. It took me years to learn that a quarter-tip or even an eighth-tip of side can do so much when before I would always just use the same amount of 1-tip English, often getting me in trouble. Stun-follow is also a beautiful shot and even harder to master.
*thanks showing where hit cue ball on screen. but when looking at actual shooting the ball, it looks like hitting lower. Either way, thank you for showing this shot!!*
Great channel man - Love it. Thanks. I play a lot of One Pocket. When I am up against one of the greats, they seem to do magic. They are able to sharpen/dampen an angel, avoid a double kiss, create multiples ball moves, and also able to to really leave a suffocating safe. I used to play for money... so they never tell me their secrets.... just take their dinner money (or breakfast). Do you have any insight on this or how to create problems for your opponent?

I love the way you teach but do you have any lessons like this on position play but with just center ball without using spin for beginner to intermediate players like me?
I sure do! 👍👍 This exercise is for amateur players, so check it out and let me know what you think. Enjoy your practice: ruclips.net/video/7-1h-IFftSI/видео.html

Thanks for watching the video! I can recommend you to watch this one also. There's some great tips for your 9ball practice 😎👍 ruclips.net/video/xMq3xQFzCR8/видео.html
In the last 9 ball example… one time you stun the 8 ball butt it still comes back towards the 9. But a bit earlier you say with a stun the cue ball goes off at a 90 degree angle from the line (angle) to the pocket…. So normally the stun on that 8 ball should come 90 degree angle of the cushion, because the 8 is against the cushion and has to follow it. So the line for the pocket is parallel with the cushion. So did you put a bit too low on the withe and nog the 90 degree stun? or why does it come back?
And he's back baby!!!!
Hey Niels....great instruction as usual and CONGRATULATIONS being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Very well deserved.
Congrats on Hall of Fame. I can't think of anyone more deserving. Love ya man!!!

Hola Niels .excelente video.Con madera sera igual? el carbono responde mejor en mi opinion.
Great instructional. But mention power. Even if it’s hit hard to get here or softer for here or lag speed for here
Hi champs just wondering which arm i should concentrate more is it the forearm or hands or wrist when backswinging and stroking
Hi there!

Beautiful ❤
I would like to have a coach like You!
Nice Video
At the last 9 ball situation I would play follow to go near the top rail and then a safety with all those balls in the middle.
Thanks for watching the video! I can recommend you to watch this one also. There's some great tips for your 9ball practice 😎👍
ruclips.net/video/xMq3xQFzCR8/видео.html
That last example is also a part of the corner 5 route😊
Wonderful
welcome back pool teacher
Please, what cue are you using, plus shaft and tip ( joint specs)
In the last 9 ball example… one time you stun the 8 ball butt it still comes back towards the 9. But a bit earlier you say with a stun the cue ball goes off at a 90 degree angle from the line (angle) to the pocket….
So normally the stun on that 8 ball should come 90 degree angle of the cushion, because the 8 is against the cushion and has to follow it. So the line for the pocket is parallel with the cushion. So did you put a bit too low on the withe and nog the 90 degree stun?
or why does it come back?
Awesome.
We’ve missed you.
