She was VERY good but putting her above anyone is silly. You were just exposed to her constantly because of the content being pumped out. She was just as much a tiktoker as she was an announcer. You couldn't avoid her content and then the echo chamber of how great she was. It also helped that she was very attractive, that never hurts when piling up views and recognition. If you ever caught a show in person it kinda ruined the facade a little bit. Like when you cringe at people recording tiktoks in public. She would have sometimes multiple people set to film her on their phones, do little rehearsed reactions, want to be more a centrepiece of the performance than the wrestlers.... She's an incredible vocalist and she even plays some instruments if I'm not mistaken. She's brilliant. If she feels she wants or needs to do more, I'm fully supportive of it. I just recently came back to wrestling, so I didn’t get a lot of tv time watching Samantha, but from what I saw and what I’ve seen…..she’s one of the best!!!
I'm sorry, but her style often had me turning the Volume down, until she was done. Her best work to me was definitely WM40 though. She had me, with the emotion she showed announcing Cody's win.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m hoping WWE will do something like pay Samantha to use her voice recordings to be the announcer forever now. Her voice and announcing was that special.

With Samantha, she was so good at what she does that they were probably like " we really want you to keep doing what your doing because you are killing it". There wasn't a hand in glove fit for her to be a manager right now, especially with Ricochet leaving. They probably want her to cut her teeth in a different organization as a manager and then bring her in when she gets that experience as a manager under her belt. With the attention to detail she seems to put in, I can see her being an excellent manager.
I wish nothing but success! I hope they both continue to thrive. She would’ve been a great character on Raw. Could’ve made her assistant GM and went from there.

I just recently came back to wrestling, so I didn’t get a lot of tv time watching Samantha, but from what I saw and what I’ve seen…..she’s one of the best!!!

I'm sorry, but her style often had me turning the Volume down, until she was done. Her best work to me was definitely WM40 though. She had me, with the emotion she showed announcing Cody's win.

Im not sad forbher but proud. She did things that made her stand out compared to legendary ring announcers, she put a spin on every superstar.
I wish she would've stayed & been happy announcing because she was so insanely talented but I do hope she makes her dreams come true & respect her for not just hanging around because she's good at something

I’m not gonna lie, I’m hoping WWE will do something like pay Samantha to use her voice recordings to be the announcer forever now. Her voice and announcing was that special.

She had a goood voice for these past couple years!! And by that I mean one of the greatest ring announcers I’ve ever seen! Wrestlemania 40 has to be HER crowning moment.
WWE was a great stepping stone to get her exposure and showcase her skills to the masses. She will do great in her future endeavors.
With Samantha, she was so good at what she does that they were probably like " we really want you to keep doing what your doing because you are killing it". There wasn't a hand in glove fit for her to be a manager right now, especially with Ricochet leaving. They probably want her to cut her teeth in a different organization as a manager and then bring her in when she gets that experience as a manager under her belt. With the attention to detail she seems to put in, I can see her being an excellent manager.
I wish nothing but success! I hope they both continue to thrive. She would’ve been a great character on Raw. Could’ve made her assistant GM and went from there.

Wwe missed out on a perfect opportunity for something special with Samantha. Shes definitely the Bruce or Michael Buffer of sports entertainment. There a very talented couple. Ric is so athletic and talented if he can raise his mic skills a bit he can be a top guy.

I'm not surprised Samantha initially tried out as a wrestler and they made her a ring announcer, the least they could have done was implemented her into a story or something.
Why is he even saying anything? People already are blaming him for Samantha Irvin leaving and this is not helping! Hey I wish her all the best but she did kind of leave the WWE in the lurch a bit. She should have given more notice than she did.
Paul Heyman started in wrestling as a photographer as a win and look at him. I don't blame Samantha for leaving. I'll miss her though.

Most def a GOAT ring announcer BUT it’s because she was far beyond talented and qualified for said position. They could’ve involved her in the music side, let her actually have a on screen character, etc!
What if Samantha DOES WRESTLER MUSIC FOR WWE + WHATEVER she's gonna do
Her performances for WWE were top tier and I totally respect her for leaving. She left as the top of her game, when she could have continued to build that role further but there was a ceiling to it.
By leaving she can achieve more whilst her career is still young, family can still witness what she has achieved.
Great for her and no need for any AEW rumours. 😅

The heart wants what the heart wants. She was great at it, but she wants more. How can you not be happy for her?

Ricochet was criminally underutilized in WWE. One of the best in-ring talents they had. Should’ve been pushed up and booked in main event matches. Hopefully AEW gets that.
