It use to become uncomfortable in long drives earlier and knee use to touch lower dashboard during gear shift in previous versions!

Tata Harrier Fearless+ AT vs Jeep Compass Limited 4x2 AT. which1 is best?
Considering:
- wud keep for 8-10 years
- average running is 8k/year mostly in Pune
- 15-20 long-short highway trips yearly
- my wife's height is ~5 ft
We like Jeep compass because of its look, size, safety but are hesitant because of
- doubt on Jeep long term presence in India
- high maintenance & part cost (nt sure)
- no 360 camera and ADAS
We liked the new harrier in many aspects but again
- It's cost is just 2-2.5 lakhs below compass
- Premiumness, fit & finish not great as Compass
- size is still bigger especially width (practical for city/traffic?)

It is a big disappointment and surprise that Tata engineers could not remove such a small flaw that the driver's knee hits the dashboard, which is quite serious.
tata is still old.transmission clutch not improved

@CarGuru can u please help me I have dzire vdi new model 2017 my stirring is now sticky I went to service station there was recall from company and my car vin falls in that but they are refusing by saying car guarantee is expired as 5yrs has passed already now you have to bear the charges at Max after getting permission from maruti we can adjust 10-30%amount rest 70 you have to pay can you help me as in 2019 there was a recall letter publicy available by team bhp. Please help me out
If recall information published in siam, you should get it free, till life of car.
If you want to complain write siam in this regard and cc to maruti Suzuki customer care.
You will get all changing expense including labour free. Leave any forum besides they can't help you.

kuch jyada hi hi-tech ho gai hai... ac ke buttons kahi se dabao toh bhi chal jate hai par function usake mood ke hisab se chalega... Clutch abhi se sleep kar raha hai... knee touch ka problem abhi bhi nahi solve kiya...
सर मुझे न्यू XUV लेना है।महीने मे 3000 km चलना है ऑफ रोड और हाईवे, सिटी सबपर चलना है।कौन सी कार लू मैं। नेक्सॉन डीजल या पेट्रोल या creta डीजल या पेट्रोल।या इससे भी कोई बढ़िया गाड़ी है तो बताएं।मेरी बजट करीब 16 से 18 लाख तक है।

I have one more query, all the safe Cars are very expensive & If a buyer has less budget, do they have any choice ?? Icliye Shayad Maruti Ki Cars Itni Bikti hai Kyonki Yaha har budget mein Sabki Zarurat & Shauk Pura ho Jaata hai.. Majboori Ka Naam Maruti Kahe toh Kaisa rahega...🙏

Tata has come a long way... From cab cars to EVs and SUVs, and people are loving it. I know there are many competitors in the race and tata has a lot more to improve but still feeling proud that an India company is doing it's best to create a tough competition in the auto market..

This offering from TATA is making me think more about CURVV with TGDI petrol engine, ADAS & Panoramic Sunroof under 20L .... that would be a Creta Killer.

YES, people don't buy 4×4 much they buy 4×2 itself.
But, if a car gets an AWD option Indians consider that as a real SUV and showroom walk-ins increases(even if they buy 4×2) which increases the sales,
But if it doesn't have AWD option, people hardly consider that as a real SUV(that too safari & harrier are FWDs) and they will always consider Mahindra who have AWD option with better engines in almost all of their big SUVs.

Tata listened to auto experts and its consumers and made significant changes to these products like infotainment system, light steering, big and bold update but still missed out on visibility problem including heavy clutch and left leg problem
