Saw this in London, and it was so much better than I imagined it could be. I waited pretty much my whole life for this to happen, and I was not disappointed when it did.
I can’t bear musicals (actually, I hate them with a passion) but went with my best friend because she really wanted to see it. I’d been dreading it for so long but wanted to be a good friend so slapped a smile on my face and acted like I was looking forward to it. For the first 5 minutes I was thinking “OMG what is this and who the hell is that blonde Marc Bolan wannabe?” Then somehow, I started to really enjoy it and by the time it ended I felt absolutely gutted that it was Andrew Polec’s last show because I honestly would have gone again and again and again (for reasons that I can’t explain, I don’t want to see anyone else in the role). We sat front and centre and for once I was grateful for my friend forcing me to do something that I didn’t want to 😄
I'm not really into musicals (how many gay guys say that XD) but i saw this show twice. It's not really a musical play so much as it is a concert with a few bits of story and acting added in between. Normally in musicals the story is written before the songs are made but here the album already existed and they built the story around that with inspiration from peter pan and romeo and Juliet
I was in A12 i think. There are a couple of songs at the end of the first act where your view is partially blocked but apart from that, it is a great seat

What row was you in for this? Booking tickets but, wanted to be close but, not too close. These look great! Was your view good for the whole show?
