I do ADAS work and I’ve made duplicate keys using the Autel maxisys 909. It’s very limited in its capabilities in that regard- but my question is- I programmed the key on a 2010 Chrysler caravan. When it came time to make the key- I got a similar prompt asking for a pin. Fortunately, I was doing the work as a favor for a friend - he was able to call the dealership and get the exact pin required. I see that the im608 pro gave you a list of common pins. Is that always the case? Have you ever had to call a dealership and provide proof of identity to get a specific pin for a customer?

Mitsubishi cars have preset pins according to the year and model. Chrysler has its pins in the eeprom memory which need to be either read or giving by vin number from dealer. It's 2 different worlds compared.
Can i do this with the autel Im508s
They both have the same key programming functions. The 608 is also a scan tool/programmer for mechanics.
