So thankful you posted this! My high school competed at the Southern Classic in 2000 and I had bought the CD of the performances from that year. A recording of this particular year's show was on the CD and I loved playing it! Unfortunately the CD flaked on me several years ago and I was never able to hear JSU's performance of "Birdland" again... Until now! Still gives me chills as if I were at the Southern Classic seeing/hearing the JSU Marching Southerners for the first time! Thanks so much

I thought 6 quads was crazy as hell when we did it that year, now my son marches on this drum line with 9 quads!!!
