My god… this marks the day where I lived long enough to see a video without Dinka going shrimp for somebody. I am so proud. Jokes aside. It’s a great compendium of what Zaun and Piltover are all about. Expectations are high, questions are raised all is left is to see it unvail. Can’t wait!
Yeah, I have never played the game in my life. I just came across this looking for the show's music. You don't need to know any of this. It's like being able to enjoy the Lord of the Rings trilogy just fine without having read The Silmarillion. Edit: Not saying none of this is cool or interesting, just that you don't *need* to know any of this to watch the show.
Watched the first 3 episodes, and while I am not going to spoil anything for those who haven't seen it yet, I will say it is amazing. Very in depth and has a lot of high and low emotional moments and has plenty of action. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
I really hope that Janna and the more monstrous characters like Zac, twitch, and Mundo are, at the very least, referenced through dialog from background characters or pieces of art.
Im so excited to see more of jinx's backstory if not for her being released I wouldn't even know what league was, she along with senna and ahri are some of my favorite characters in the game. I also have a soft spot for Warwick since he was my first jungler

TBH I want to see everything. Starting with the history of how Piltover and Zaun separated. I want to see Janna helping the Zaunies and how Orianna slowly turned into a robot. How Jhin ended up on Piltover and lastly why does seraphine exist.
If they ever make Arcane season 2, I hope they go with Shurima, they can go with either the Azir storyline or Kassadin and Malzahar. Just want to see Shurima on screen.

15:00 you're misrepresenting this. Viktor was actually justified to steal those crystals, making this a whole other story. Viktor is supposed to be an antivillain. On the sirface making Jayce lookikg like the hero and Viktor the villain. But when you take a closer look its completely the other way around. Viktor just doesn't care enough how he's perceived to set things straight. Because he got rid of his emotions. He knows he's right and he doesn't feel like he has to prove anything. It's also a dilemma on how this immoral and emotionless man who just doesn't think it's important to be liked (because he doesn't want people to put their emotions above logic) might hold all the answers. Rather than someone who just likes to show off and is only focussed on advancing himself, rather than his projects but just kbows how to thrive socially.
you don't NEEED to know anything to watch arcane. that's what makes it so good you can get in to the story without knowing league of legends or the lore. but its sure more fun if you know these things before watching arcane.
Didn’t Camille’s Aunt or great aunt almost die getting a crystal from Skarner’s race? Which the family Clan Ferros created into hextech crystals which pretty much then became so prevalent that it powers every weapon and technologies in Piltover. Like Camille’s gem stone or crystal on her chest. Idk if Im wrong.
Oh my god, just finished Act 1, and the show is SO GOOD! The visuals, the acting, the music... but what really sells Arcane is the storytelling! And you really don't need to know any LoL lore, my wife knows nothing and had no trouble following the show. Arcane stands on its own, and it's standing very tall!

I don't know how to feel about the theories saying Varren is Warwick and Silco is Singed. I get it, there are some similarities, but not all characters have to be related to a champion we know. Can't wait for the series to release so I can binge-watch it

Guys, what about that guy from the Jinx and Vi company with disheveled hair? In the Imagine Dragons and JID-"Enemy" clip, he is suspiciously often hidden from the camera, but they give us his drawing on a rag hanging in Jinx's room (2:09 time in the clip). And also, it is definitely his face that is scratched on the sign for beating in the teaser of the Arcane. And that's where he looks most like Mundo. And about Silko...I don't know. Plot-wise, he really looks like Sinjed, but Sinjed himself is not very serious in his dialogues. Whereas Silko is imbued with the spirit of Moriarty from "Sherlock". He really looks like a criminal consultant who gives strength to people to achieve their own dark goals. I can imagine our goo-d boy Zac might make a background appearance by being mentioned as the 'Returning Pool' the kids would hang out at before being taken and experimented on or even see him in a lab as a canister labelled 'Z.A.C'.

It's likely we won't see any trace of Seraphine in Arcane. During the time period when the story seems to be taking place she would still be a young child living with her parents and would still be years away from becoming a singer.

In the first trailer something that they very pointing on it was a man with a hat and a staff 4 times that really looks like the guy in Ekko's comic but in the new trailers he is gone. Now my question is that is there any chance of the connections between him and the story too? And thanks for the full information about the history of P&Z. I always want to read about it but thanks to you it's now easy for me. And PLEASE dont let them ruining my man's voice(Victor) :(

First one being that you claimed Singed made Zac which isn't true as the two scientists that made him under a funded project by a chembaron saw the weapon they were making was sentient which made them decide to flee with him and raise him as their child. Thus was not Singed. Second mistake was that you claimed that Corina already knew Caitlyn and that something lead to her kidnapping Caitlyn's parents which us also not possible as Caitlyn wasn't an adult yet when that happened nor was she part of the police force yet at that time. So C (if it is indeed Corina and not a bait for it to look like it's Corina when she might be working for someone higher up as well, maybe still Camille who knows with Corina being a chembaron put in by one of Piltovers leading clans for more control in Zaun) kidnapped Caitlyn's parents for other reasons that didn't have anything to do with Caitlyn herself.
ngl, I am not sure how helpful this is to total newcomers to league and the lore, because of all the references and sidesteps, tho as someone decently invested in the lore I really liked the refreshment of my memory.
I kept the information very precise. Any more then what I told could confuse newcomers. The only things I mentioned that were specific references (Shurima, Yordels) is nothing newcomers need to know and is just extra subtext for those who've been familiar with the history. If they wanted to learn more, I've made plenty of videos about it, not to mention I'll be making more videos once the series is released.

After watching arcane the first part of arcane, I can definitely say that it does a hell of a lot to flesh things out but also introduces a lot of weird plot holes ... Love how it fleshes out everyone's characters ... but I feel like it ruins Jinx a bit. We'll see about the rest of the series though.
