MTA NYC Subway R211 (R211A) Car 4308 Delivery to 207th Street Yard, Manhattan - July 2024

Here are various videos taken on July 16, 2024 during the nighttime, featuring Kawasaki R211A car 4308 being delivered by truck to 207th Street Yard. Very interestingly, this car is not being delivered to the usual location R211 cars have been delivered to (South Brooklyn Marine Terminal), likely due to the recent removal of tracks to/from the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal. Instead, deliveries seem to be taking place - at least temporarily - at the 215th St entrance to 207th Street Yard in Manhattan, which has been used as a delivery site for previous railcar classes.
After all 5 cars in this set (4305 through 4309) are delivered, the usual NYC Subway locomotives will likely be connected to the R211 set, and the delivery move should continue towards Coney Island Yard using NYC Subway trackage.

That makes perfect sense to deliver the R211s. Sending them to 207 Street Yard is a better accessible way since it’s closer from Yonkers and can go straight onto the A line since it’s right there.

Nope, we have appeared to just now reach the 4300s. At this rate tho I would say it’s not a long time from now until re reach the 4400s

They have to. The track connection to the SBK (South Brooklyn Railway) is out of service due to construction.
