Fair play, During one Graff visit to London, We met Mear along with some Big all city London writers at Fulham a day or two after one of the unity jams in 93 painting new pieces etc. Anyways Mear was down to earth.Chatting to us for time. Top man. Props.

20:20 you mentioned something about endorphins, I did a project at uni about escapism being different ways people escape for the 9 to 5. There seems to be several different groups, bads ways of doing it such as gambling and drugs, good ways of doing it such as hobbies like sports, or an in bit of a possibly bad hobby such as graffiti (which along with the others I listed among many more) I included in the publication.
Back to the point, I touched upon the different nuerochemicals as well, being;
Serotinin which is the happy chemical and you get it when you enjoy something, such as the act of painting.
Dopamine which is when you obtain something you want, such as wanting to paint and the satisfaction of finishing a piece.
Endorphins which are basically the bodys pain killer, you feel it after you've pushed yourself at the gym...or needing to push yourself to get away from secuirty guards.
Adrenalin which is a fight or flight decision enhancer in a way, obviously used in the chase.
and Oxytocin which relates to connections with people, relatable to crew mates and painting with them.

St johns wood inbetween lewisham and newcross used to be like an art gallery. I remember all the south lines being painted over by national rail. Wiped out years of work
