THANKS FOR WATCHING!
Thanks for making these videos! I like seeing the on camera images and then final edited version. They look awesome!
Only thing forgot to show was getting LAANC approval on the last one. Just want to say thanks for sharing. Your videos have been helpful esp with drone👍
Just wanted to say I really enjoy your work and greatly appreciate you taking the time to make these videos.
Thanks for finding the time to make these videos man! I don’t do as many houses a week as you but sometimes I’ll do around 10 or 12 in a week (couldn’t have done it without these videos) and I am completely frazzled in the middle of those weeks. Seriously, thank you.
It can definitely get overwhelming at times haha
Bunch of local photographers posted that pier on Sunday because from directly above, it looks like a cross. Great work.
Love watching you!
Nice video. Thank you
Awesome video Mike. really appreciating this series. I would have FOR SURE forgotten to remove whatever that was infront the microwave....and would have then be cursing myself as I spent hours trying to remove it in editing !
I'm new to the channel but really enjoyed it right off of the bat. Do you edit your own or outsource yours? Looking forward. to going down the rabbit hole of this channel!
Thanks! It’s a combo of editing myself and outsourcing. I simply can’t handle the workload myself.
Great pictures! How many times do you take the same pictures with different exposure to HDR merge ? 4 or 5
They are 5 photos, 2 stops apart. I’m not taking individual photos manually though, it’s a setting in the camera that shoots all 5 automatically
@@InsideRealEstatePhotography Thanks for the info. Love your professional work and editing!
Hey Mike quick question, been contemplating purchasing the one hour consultation but would like to know if you would be able to offer advice on other aspects of photography/videography during the session as well. Thanks!
Hey! I’m happy to share any knowledge/experience I may have! So sure, whatever I can help with I’d be glad to.
You got this quality with just HDR Brackets? No flash used for the photos in the video? If so did you do all the editing?
Yes, brackets only. No flash. I believe my editor did the editing for these ones if I remember correctly.
I really thought you were a mostly flambient guy. I would assume after looking at these that you are just HDR primarily now! They look outstanding! I use a Canon r5 w/ rf15-35 and have yet to ever get my HDR's to look even close to this, I wonder if Sony is just that much better!@@InsideRealEstatePhotography
How did you get authorized? Studying for my 107 now, so was curious.
For that last drone shoot? Just by putting my info into the DJI app. Simple process.
Do you HDR or single shot???
These were all shot 5 brackets 2 stops apart
Hey Mike, what are your thoughts on adding descriptive text to the final videos? Things such as total surface, rooms, etc.?
I think it’s totally fine if the agent requests it. As soon as you start involving graphics though the time commitment goes up so I would just make sure to charge more for it.
@@InsideRealEstatePhotography understandable, thanks for the reply Mike
