Basic travel question. When you acquired this job out of your home state service area (TX), is it necessary to get a business license in the area of your out of state job? I ask because I live on the border of two states. I have never performed any job outside of my home state and do not wish to do continued business in that state. However, I was contacted by a hotel in that bordering state about taking photos of their new hotel which is about to open. I think of it as a "one job and done" as far as that state is considered. Wondering if I need a business license in that state in order to perform just that one job? Thanks for you thoughts on this subject.
Not that I’m aware of. I don’t believe that’s necessary.
