Shattered Grid is my favorite saga from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic saga. Seeing every Power Ranger from different eras coming together always sends chills down my spine. The ending always gets me. I met Jason David Frank twice with my sister, and she always had a huge crush on him. He was so nice and kind. I still can’t believe he’s not here. It doesn’t seem right. I’m still shocked and heartbroken. RIP JDF🥺😢😭💔💔
The last year of his life was just such a horrible tragedy. He worked so hard for so long to be a good guy and do for everybody what he could and then in the end he's so depressed with no one helping him and just takes his own life.
It's still upsets me... Always a massive fan of the rangers, such a huge part of my childhood, when I was first put in care I got a VHS of the Turbo Movie, a proper safe place to get away from the troubles of the world. I'm always grateful for it. Much love to everyone and thank you JDF for giving me safe space when I was little, giving me hope that there are real heroes out here.

I feel like the best way to honor JDF is for this saga to become an animated movie or series. It's a movie, it should split into three parts. With some changes. One of which is once the captured rangers are rescued, they then join the fight with the other rangers fighting on the moon.
They were about to. They made a live action trailer to hype the comic. Neo-Saban (the previous owners of the franchise), seemed interested in doing it. But once the franchise was sold to Hasbro, the new owners scratched it completely. So now we will never get JDF as Drakkon. RIP The legendary ranger.

Kind of a weird choice using comic captions in what looks like Spanish. Kinda makes it hard to follow along with the comic as you narrate in English. Also what’s a Zorden? 😝
I generally disliked the guy once I found out about his more... scumbag tendencies behind the scenes. I won't pretend he is some kind of saint just because he is gone. Still. To take his own life? I wish it hadn't happened. I can only hope he had managed to lay his demons to rest before they pulled him under. For all his flaws. He didn't deserve this. No one does.
