Dive Drive: Synaptic Resonance (Danganronpa X Ace Attorney Mash Up)

- So a few days ago I was listening to "Thought Route: Synaptic Resonance" from Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies. Then somebody pointed out how the song is reminds them of "Dive Drive" from Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. So..... A mashup was born! Well, at least its my attempt at making a mash up XD.
I thought it sounded pretty good so I wanna share them with fans of either or both series. Hope you guys like it. Now, time to see if I can mash any other music from respective series. Investigation themes perhaps?

It's like an allegro synaptic resonance...that would be perfect.
Ikr?? But since Synaptic Resonance is only used once, an Allegro theme is kinda pointless :/ (my personal opinion of course :D )
I see what you meant but it could be like the pursuit variation, the final synaptic resonance of the game...the final turnabout nobody expected. That's just my 'visualisation' of course.
Oh! That would actually work! And maybe it could be the final revisualization of everything that has happened in the game and links everything together, like in Investigations 2!

I have my own idea for a Danganronpa X Ace Attorney game. The game takes place in the Danganronpa world with Ace Attorney characters with Monokuma as the usual antagonist(I read a comment with this idea and I liked it).
The game progresses like your normal Danganronpa games but during an investigation, AA mini games are added, namely 'Psyche locks' and 'Perceive'. Investigation progresses in DR style (2.5D and 3D), but when talking to a witness, you can present 'Truth Bullets' to collect testimony and info.
During the trial (which also progresses DR style), 'Press', 'Mood matrix' and 'Thought route' mini games are added alongside DR mini games. When a statement is pressed, the timer pauses and if there is a new info, then the new info is added to the argument section. You could also present bio data together with info like in AA.
Or maybe DR minigames can be completely replaced with AA mini games. There's 'Logic chess', 'Little thief', 'Spirit summoning', 'Forensic investigation' or the best system, 'Logic'.
I can already think of executions for most characters, hehehe...

-Ultimate Troublemaker (Larry)
-Ultimate Princess (Rayfa)
These are my candidates due to me seeing them as a recurring (or will be recurring characters). Other candidates would be the Ultimate Judge or Ultimate Stalker (Oldbag) .
I'm not sure I would appreciate any of those characters dying horrific deaths and being turned against one another as they discover heart-wrenching secrets but other than that I like this idea.
After V3, I'd say the flashback lights is a good way to make them turn on each other.
they could act like a jury/ teachers. that way they would be protected from most of the danger.

Honestly a cross between the mechanics of Phoenix Wright and Danganronpa would be really interesting.
I mean, imagine having to combine the Press mechanic with pinning the various arguments ON TOP OF using evidence. Then there's the various individual mechanics between PW games, and the question is which would mesh best with Dangan, or could they work an all new one into the mix like with PW VS Professor Layton?
I'd say, for court trials, IF the court is DR styled, the system can be mashed. The similarities of presenting evidence/truth bullet to a testimony/statement is there, so adding a the 'press' system from AA would be great! Then the witness/students will have new statements added, just like AA. 'Dive Drive' is like 'Thought Route', 'Psyche locks' and 'Perceive would work better during investigation segments.
Maybe when the Jurist system is implemented in-universe already, the Non-stop/Scrum Debates could be within jurists while the cross-examinations is between the attorneys and the witness.
Ok but imagine having the press mechanic and in one of the arguments you have to press the statements in a specific order to draw out the right statement to present a bullet.

And don't forget about stuff like Psyche-locks.
Idk if is the music or just the gameplay, but the frenetism there is in Ace attorney when you and the procecutor start to put proof over the table without stop and everything they object you have another proof or argument against it is no match. but characters and story of danganronpa is better

I think this works because the base melodies are of the same tone, and the Dive Drive has many a background noise which doesn't occupy the melody presented by the Thought Resonance. Which is a very lucky turn of events.

if theres ever a crossover of ace attorney X danganronpa then I think phoenix and co would be the attorneys while the danganronpa protagonists are the prosecutors. that role just fits better for the danganronpa context

Honestly, I think it's due to the very differing situations the characters are usually in. But If it happens and they somehow manage to nail it, I will be a very happy cookie :3

With this OST im kinda thinking Class trial remakes with ace attorney functions.
Changing cylinders/Handle: Like V3 with its lie bullets a "Press" bullet/sword would be nice, getting changing dialogues in the nonstop debate/rebuttal showdown would be nice.
Psyche Gambit (And its even the name of the mixed OST Rakki made) : Either for the investigations or even nonstop debates.
Always hated how in Ace attorney you can't unlock Psyche locks during a trial? Why not make a fast paced minigame in nonstop where if you shoot a weak point with the megitama, psyche locks and letters show up. You shoot letters to form evidence to destroy the locks, then the statement/weak point shows up and you then shoot it with a truth bullet.
Or even make the same stuff in investigations.
Rebuttal of Fate: Have the protag argue too against the one who launched the rebuttal and backup your claims and destroy his. After that you go forward and cut his words. Introduce also the press system.
Objection debate: Basically a scrum debate but now you aim for what you think is the weak spot.

The collab can happen after Danganronpa 3 anime. The students of Danganronpa 2 got found in the island and they go to the court and they have to innocent themselves or something like that.
The main characters will be maybe Hajime Hinata, Naruhodō Ryūichi (Phoenix Wright) and maybe Makoto Naegi

This mashup literally ruined the originals for me. It's too dann good.
If I’m being honest it was really disappointing when I realized it was only the music from that hover board minigame (I think) and if someone had showed me this I would’ve never even guessed it was mashed up with Ace Attorney. Even after seeing the title I still can’t see how it’s related. A good concept overall but a strange execution.
