Thank you, Julie 😊 It's called Flocculation, and my understanding is it's when the pigment in the paint breaks apart.

This is exactly the look I was trying to create for my bathroom countertop tiles. Thank you so much for showing me it is possible to achieve it. Time to practice now, lol!!!! I think the finished result is gorgeous. What would a beach be without a little insect activity😂

I love it! But, question, how can you hide the bug before you apply a resin top coat? Is the only option to apply paint over it?
I'm thinking about scratching it out with a pin and applying a little paint to it 😉

What do one add to get the sells with the torch?
I use Amsterdam Titanium White mixed with Australian Floetrol to swipe over my paints. This give that lacing a cell effect. I think when people use silicone in there paint they get a big reaction with the torch 😉

What do you use as your CA? I’ve been using silicone drops in my mixture it does not produce what I was hoping for. Please & thank you 😊
I use Amsterdam Titanium White mixed with Australian Floetrol 1:3. Hope that helps 😉
@@fionascreativecanvas is Australian different than American Floetrol? I use Floetrol from Home Depot maybe I need to add more. Idk
@radiant2012 Yes, it is different. I know some people use other products like just water or glue but I don't know the ratios.

So I didn't have any sand colors except gold and opted to do different variations of blue in 3 sections. I'm in love. It's still drying
