Believe it or not the leopard was the tank that taught me about bush mechanisms and camouflage values 😂
For me it was the JagdPanther. Back in Beta that tank taught me that this game had crew skills and a concept called camo. I only realized it when I accidentally got 7 kills for the first time and no one shot me (I didn't have sixth sense cos I didn't know about skills)

camo rating is one of the more overrated stats in the game today. Unless you have a plus 40% rating it means little.

Playing the vision mechanic is probably one of the most rewarding and most difficult things in this game, especially in a medium tank. You need a good amount of personal experience to know where to drive to in order to make this work. Because if you drive to the wrong spot and mess up you ded.
Bourrasque brings "camo mechanic gameplay" on a whole new level 😅 Its medium tank burst fire on a medium tank and i simoly love it 😍
@@GenHummel96 bourrasque is one tank that is kind of toxic in the game and just makes games finish faster and makes plays more boring. in borrasque it is just one of two things. 1) find a bush. sit in it. wait for enemy. double tap and remove his 780 hp. pull back the ridge. reload and repeat. 2) just go aggressively in, shoot your two shells while doing a u-turn around enemy tank and drive back to cover.
these two are main bourrasque plays. just makes games finish faster and games more boring.
This tank is so fun especially when you know exactly when to switch between sniping and being aggressive. I remember one of my best games where I got 8k spotting without getting spotted myself and then proceeded to do 5k damage later in the game.
One interesting thing with the ammunition of the leo is that the gold rounds are not that expensive compared to the regular rounds, so most of the time It is worth it to fire gold because you benefit more with less credit costs
Was massively struggling with the Leopard before checking out your build. Other streamers build just wasn't working for me, so appreciate the video drop!

I use to use the leopard in advances because it was my only 10 and they needed people, but I ran bond rammer, bond vents, and V stabs. I'd take a sniper spot and man that dpm was pretty fun
Working on the field mods right now. So for now i am using all bounty equipment. Vents, gun rammer and optics. Lets me play a bit like a TD at beginning of game. I will look into the CVS build once I have the mods done. So right now my view range is 542.

Got the E-50M first, it was good than they changed it and decided to get the Leopard 1 (a friend said it was hard to get/ play) was not lol, and I love it, fits my playstyle a ton
20 wins in a row on that 'tech tree showcase' last weekend was epic btw!
As someone who got 100% MoE with the Leo1, I recommend to go with T3 Exp Turbo + Bond Rammer/Vents.
For the Field Mods, take full accuracy then you'll have a tank that pretty can't miss.
200 DPM means absolutely nothing but 0.23 is noticeably different from 0.26.
When you have everything ready, your Leo1 become a ridiculously fast tank that has a true laser gun.
27% camo is good enough.
The Leo1 even with a Bounty Exhaust can only reach 36% camo, which is still 7% lower than the 43% camo requirement to really compete with tier 10 LTs.
In the end of the day, what you want with the Leo1 is farming your opponents like there's no tomorrow.
And that will lead you to go for either a Bond VStab or a T3 Exp Turbo.
Moving faster or shooting faster, that depends on what you want.

Working on getting the leopard, my favorite is still my M48A5 and M60 though. As they actually have armor, great dpm, good alpha and heat. Plus pretty damn fast, and pretty sneaky, with decent view range and great gun handling. Almost as good as a leopard in some ways, and better in others. Plus I can beat up Leo’s in close quarters, haha. As I can actually bounce some of their shots fairly reliably when we’re both moving and circling, or you know just ram them, especially in my 48A5. Or beat up on and brawl tier 8 and 9 heavies, as I have just as much or more armor, am smaller, way faster than most, and a far better gun. Or act like a t10 crappy heavy, if I gotta, can hold the line pretty well as a pocket heavy, if that means us winning, can usually pull it off.

I got the Leopard 10 days ago and am 0 for 12 in it. I don't have the field mods yet. Hopefully your advice for the fitting helps. I want to like it. And yes it gets ammo-racked way too easily.

Love how he shoots one tank and just turns and drives to shoot another oh so casually. If that were doing the same thing id get hammered making the turn and the whole enemy team would shoot me.

I miss my Leo so much.. I sold it to retrain the crew to German TD's and grabbed a 430U and a Centurion AX for t10 meds but the Leo was so much more fun to play.. so much faster so much more camo.. I think I'm buying it back lol. I have German med premiums so I'll make a new crew.
If I love the PTA will I feel same about Leo1? I do pretty well with PTA and love the tank so hoping Leo1 will also be good for me. Bought it as top of tree this week but waiting until I get better at PTA to jump up. Also wud you set up the PTA the same way with eqpt?
To compare: 5% less accuacy equal 1 equip slot (improved aiming), while 3% loading just 1/3 slot of equipment.
not really about the math of it, its more about the accuracy already being amazing as it is even with -5%. With leo and most maps you snipe without being spotted and the better fire rate the more damage. I personally play really aggressive and rate of fire allows me to shoot 2 shots of a heavier tank then go back while they can only shoot once. You get the idea, the raw dpm is so crucial while the accuracy can be withheld.
The Leo 1 is also fun in night mode

Funny to think that a leo 1 premium shell travels twice as fast as a isu 152k shell for example which is 880 or 800 m/s if i remember that right
I’ve always found running the Leo as scout more enjoyable. Vents, CVS, Coated Optics. I’ll have to try your setups though. Especially the Exhaust. Always thought about it but never got around to changing it.
The Leo1 has an average DPM for a medium. So you should not repeat that it has godlike DPM. Its alpha makes its DPM more effective though, in practice.

I've watched QB for a long time I was expecting CVS on the Leo 1 and he has CVS instead of Rammer on the Leo 1 I respect the commitment to the meme. For any new players taking off rammer is generally considered throwing by top players so do it at your own risk. If you want a more respected view range setup at least put a rammer on it then any combination of vents, optics, and cvs is fine I guess. Low noise I understand I still think you'd be better off putting vents and being stronger at all ranges while still increasing your sweet spot distance the problem is for city maps or bad maps to play vision you'd be much better off with a typical medium setups like (rammer vents stabs)(rammer vents hardening)(rammer stabs hardening). If you want a sweet spot farming build and really want a sweet spot build I'd recommend (rammer vents low noise if you want to farm what your teammates spot safely) or (rammer vents optics) if you want to outspot everyone else and spot for your team a bit however with a good crew and food optics is overkill. The reason vents is recommended over stabs is the gun handling is already pretty good so making the dispersion better and dpm better helps you more. If you run his meme cvs build you play 1-2 line on Prok and you really only use that build for 1-2 line on Prok. If you run a normal build then you farm from more typical safe farming spots.

leopard 1 is my favorite tank in the game. I had such a blast 3 marking it and it holds my record damage in any medium of 9900 (twice)

why is that U have 1.7 aim time, when i remember having 1.63 by default ? and 0.29 aim circle size when I remember 0.28? was there an update recently on the LEO to nerf it ?
How well does it do with bond equip vs regular?
Probably my favorite medium tank in the game. Trying to 3 mark it rn. So far I’m at 65% wr, 3200 avg dmg. I run gun rammer, vents and exhaust system. Such a great tank!
Did you mark it? 3.2K dpg is kinda low for 3 marks though

I suffered in the old leopard. The leo of today is a far better tank than the original that went into the game.
Still cannot make peace with the fact that everyone seems to think the field mods is a choice between 2 things, while it's actually a choice between 3. You don't need to make a choice. I personally feel in some cases it's better not to make the choice and leave as is. This choice is getting too little attention from content makers.
Day 2: Hello Quickybaby. Amazing video. I have a suggestion for your next Master class video. The Obj. 705a. It's not meta with its bad gun depression and it's not so great accuracy however it does have great frontal armor, no cupola and a hard hitting gun. I think if given the right equipment and the right player the 705a can do great. And isn't that what the Master class is all about? Anyway, have a great day Quickybaby😊!

Why do we even have 2 sets of Equipment, but only 1 set of field mods.

You could wait until the holiday ops that happen in December to get blueprints to reduce research costs for the Tortoise so you'll have to grind less XP, or you could just grind tiers in the battle pass and get the free premium days and use those at the maximum, applying the x3 XP bonuses that they offer along with some credits and XP boosters.
Use turbo, hardening and gun rammer and try not to cry

play in defense and support your team mates, just that , don't go in the first line ,attacking offensive...play Leo 1 defensive and as a support for your team mates heavy tanks
Do you really think you will ever get the same results as Creepy Baby? Do you think he gets the same MM and RNG as every one else. He sells the game for WG and they ensure he has content to sell it. Its one of them ost fixed rigged games on the market. The result is decided by WG as soon as you press play and there is very very little you can do about it. Same with all the other CCs.

As someone with a 10k game in a Leo, I think QB's equipment choices here are awful. Turbo, Ramer, Improved Aiming all serve to accentuate the strengths of the Leo much more than trying to finesse the view range like QB is.
As someone with TWO 10k games in a Leo, I think QB's got the right choice. Both games were uploaded to wot replay with the same id as yt FYI.
pls stop using LNE on mediums there are better alternatives 😭😭😭
