Mario Circuit in Mario Kart 7 is one of my favourites, as I find it a great dedication to the best parts of Mario Raceway and Royal Raceway from Mario Kart 64! The one from Mario Kart 8 was also pretty impressive with how the whole course was set on a mobius strip race track!
The pits themselves (the garage looking parts) are closed off though, so when they said “You never have to make a pit stop”, they really meant “You can’t make a pit stop”
recently, i played mario kart DS for the first time since my childhood and i got 1st in all the races except for on koopa beach because i wasn't paying attention to the darker blue holes in the water on one part of the track
i played the GCN, DS, 3DS, GBA and WII version. I played the WII U version in the house of a familiar. The GCN, DS, GBA and WII version were my childhood ;)
Same. I worked HARD for those rankings. Staying up late just to get perfect rankings on mirror mode. I didn't stop until I unlocked EVERYTHING. Mario Kart Wii is the only game in the series that I fully 100% beat.
Even though I don't play MK8 Deluxe, I'm disappointed that they didn't continue the SNES Mario Circuit series there and they added the GBA Mario Circuit instead of the SNES Mario Circuit 4
I'm happy we got a different GBA and SNES course and not the same ones over and over because since MK7 released the retro track ideas were seriously lacking because of the low amount of GBA/SNES courses, and there is still a ton of courses in those games that has not yet made a return.
@@Mr.Face222 to be fair, I think they prioritised the other games as they are well, more rated Wii and DS got 4 tracks each because the majority think they are the best
Jorx 390 There's a relation to this if you don't know: Donkey Kong is the first Nintendo arcade game and the very first Nintendo game ever created, and also the first villain before Luigi, Bowser and Peach was made Mario Circuit is the very first track of the very first Mario Kart game and the relation of DK to Mario Circuit is very comprehensible
