I love winter themed courses they have improved so much over the years, Mount Wario is so beautiful GCN Sherbet Land had a great remake Ice Ice Outpost was pretty cool and the Animal Crossing was the finishing touch it gave a true Christmas vibe

I know the newer design started on the GC in MKDD but I'm referring to the Switch version's amazing re-Make with it's stunning re-worked Theme with the Whistling & of course the prime visuals. It's a massively improved experience over the GC original; for me it makes this a total Classic.

It's adding to the lore (I think ?), is diverse in it's own snowy theme and GOD, THE MUSIC ;A; ! I probably like it that much because I really love Galaxy, but seriously this track would be so pretty anywway in HD

I can understand why a lot of people don't like ice courses. The Vanilla Lake courses are among my least favorite tracks in the entire series. However, Mount Wario is one of my favorites so it shows snow and ice courses have improved a lot over time.
I like the winter themed race courses in these games, but I think I like Double Dash's style of Sherbet Land better than 8's version of it, the Gamecube title had that cartoony feeling to it, the Wii-U & Switch titles felt too modernized for my liking.
Best ones in my opinion are Dk Summit, the Original Sherbet Land form the Gamecube, and Mount Wario. The worst has got to Mario Kart 8 Sherbet land recreation they've ruined it.
Here's my favourite snow courses! 5: SNES Vanilla Lake 2 - I love that you can easily pass a lap in just 6 seconds by jumping on the ice patches on the water, it can make the race a lot faster. 4: DS DK Pass (3DS Remake) - I like this track better than the original because they replaced the huge jump with a gliding jump, but other than that, it has a very cool track design and peaceful music. 3: 3DS Rosalina's Iceworld - I am in love with the music, and the track design is really cool and shows the underwater gimmick well. 2: Wii U/Switch Mount Wario - Hah, you thought this would be number one?... Ok I'm mean XD anyways this track is very beautiful and I love that you start in a plane, and finish in the olympics. 1: Wii U/Switch Animal Crossing!! - 1, I love Animal Crossing New Leaf and Welcome Amiibo, 2, THIS TRACK IS SO BEAUTIFUL IN NOT JUST WINTER SEASON, BUT IN EVERY SEASON, ITS MY FAVOURITE!! sorry I just love that track xD
Myles Mashburn Wtf? There are no bosses in Mario Kart except for Mario Kart DS mission mode, but these are tracks, not missions, and mission mode has only been in one Mario kart game
