Miner Jay I say the Wii version is harder because the minecarts actually hurt you in that version. In the MK8 version, you just get speed boost instead
Waluigi Stadium was the PERFECT course to bring back in Mario Kart Wii, since it introduced tricking. It’s one of my favorite tracks in the game and better than the original in my opinion.
I miss the days of the super circuit and 64 when you didn't have to think of the shell or lighting. Those items rarely appeared at all until double dash where as you said can appear more than once but also in almost every race. So annoying. Why can't they just the rarity like they once were?
*IDEA:* being the runner-up very close to first but just not quite passing them, eh? the longer you stay in this position, the better items you'll get! so more are the chances of you getting a powerful item like the super horn or triple reds or piranha plant to finally get to dominate firstie and pass on to hopefully win the race! if it goes on for the entire race, then just get a blue shell at the last set of item boxes (: with this system, they could completely phase out rubber-banding and replace it with this!
Rough to play or rough graphics wise? I've been watching a few of these and I've been impressed at how clean and smooth the Double Dash graphics look compared to several of the games that came after it. I'm sure it has something to do with the console and size of the intended screens.

That means I was lucky, because every time I was hit by a Spiny Shell another player uses the lightning and gave me enough time to recover, another corious fact was if you don't touch the floor when you're almost landing by the cannons on DK Mountain and Rainbow Road the lightning won't hurt you
Im a Wario Stadium guy, but I'll refer to the song as Waluigi Pinball since that track comes first in the Flower Cup, while Wario Stadium is in the Special Cup

N64 Wario Stadium - Awesome track, lots of tight turns and loads of ramps. Still don't know why its not gotten a remake since every track in MK64 has been remade. GCN Waluigi Stadium - Eh to be honest, I much prefer the MKWII remake, because there is added ramps and overall just makes the track better, but other than that, you can't go wrong with a Waluigi track so, this is on my list. GCN Wario Colloseum - JESUS CHRIST IT'S HUGE!!! NO WONDER IT ONLY HAS TWO LAPS!! AWESOME TRACK!! DS Waluigi's Pinball - Do I really need to say how amazing this track is? No? Ok. DS Wario Stadium - Well the remake in MK8 changed a hell of a lot, didn't it? But this is a really basic track tbh. Prefer N64 Wario Stadium. Wii Wario's Gold Mine - Pretty awesome track. Hey, in france the "mount wario" is called "descente givrée" or descent frosted I do not know if it is a mistake or not but having played there I have not seen any details reminding wario ^^
I think that's very interesting because in other languages the course has Wario in the title. There are a few details (such as the W on the dam in the second part of the course and the pole flags in the third part), but it is easy to miss them!
I wish Waluigi was a playable character in Mario Kart 7 so that way the staff ghost for DS Waluigi Pinball can be Waluigi instead of Wario because it's called WALUIGI Pinball

idk why but its super interesting to me that Double Dash and MKDS were so similar to each other and I only played MKDS growing up. There were so many elements and track designs in DD that that ended up being used to make the best ones in MKDS. Waluigi Pinball and Wario Stadium for an example re use most of their DD track designs and they ended up recreating new and cooler looking tracks for such a underpowered game at that time. Wario coliseum looks like Waluigi pinball and Waluigi stadium looks like Wario stadium in DS
In Wario’s Gold Mine, the gray things on the course happens to be the train tracks. And it has a Wario exit, just like the one in Wario Colosseum from Mario Kart: Double Dash, you know?
