I would recommend the SRP275K which has the 4R36 which can be hand wound and hacks. Has much greater utility in use as a military field watch. The reviewer was clueless and it was hilarious seeing him trying to hand wind a Seiko 7S36 which cannot be hand wound (nor does it hack). This one is very similar to the other one he compared it to that has a 7S26 inside. The two movements are nearly identical with only a couple parts different to accommodate two additional jewels in the 7S36. (They're form, fit and function interchangeable.) The one aspect of all three that's nearly a deal-breaker for military field use is the dead flat mineral glass crystal found on all of them. Two reasons: (1) a flat crystal is like a disc mirror when light hits it which violates light discipline, and (2) it's much more susceptible to shattering under impact compared to an acrylic; a domed sapphire would be more durable than the mineral glass.

That model is impossible to find, sadly. Seiko don't have any current field watches with the 4R36/NH36.

Thanks for the video. When you were winding the watch by shaking it, I thought I heard the rotors spinning. Is the noise quite noticeable? How does the noise compare to the SNK?

That watch has a 7S26 or 7S36 moving which is non-hacking and you cannot handwind it.

Waterproof is a term watchmakers don't use anymore. Water resistance to 30M is as good as being waterproof.
