Thank you for filming and sharing this adventure! I am injured and my 46er quest is on pause for a bit snd I enjoyed being up there with you. What a beautiful film and climb!
Dude you are the man!! I hiked these 20 years ago - so cool you took the time to film it - absolutely amazing - you did an amazing job! Thank you for bringing back the memories!!
Insane drone shots. So beautiful, just like your whole adventure out in the Adirondacks. Perfect sound design and editing, I really enjoyed being out there through your lens. Would love to shoot a solo there one day. Great film! Looking forward to your coming adventures! Happy trails, Mario
@@MapsWithNoRoads My wife and I make canoeing videos.... so I feel your pain. Adding water current and wind to the filming equation make for some pretty fun moments. Lol
Thank you! Not to worry, those aerial shots are me playing around with Google Earth Pro. And for the climbing shots I used a 360 camera on a stick attached to my pack. It films on all directions and then deletes the stick it’s on from the shot. You can actually see it’s shadow in some of the shots.
Hi dude! I was the kid that you met on that hike! Awesome video!
Hey! Great to hear from you! Hope you guys enjoyed the rest of you hike!
@@MapsWithNoRoads We did I hope you had a good rest of yours also!

Thank you! I appreciate it. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Very nice. Thats a ton of back and forth to grab the camera and I appreciate your effort.
Haha, it’s tough being a one man film crew.

Where was the opening photo taken from? Photos are exceptional. Really capture the magnificence of the views from the great range.
Excellent filming quality. I really like the way you tell the story of this epic hike with fantastic camerawork.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it, It was a lot of fun to make.
Nicely done! Tremendously skilled video work there.
Thank you!
Nicely done, great video, got my sub. I am not sure those drones shots are legal, be careful.
