TI's music, especially the song "No Matter What" got me through my finance degree when I was on the verge of failing and being kicked out of varsity (college in the US) but I turned it around and passed (Listened to it every time before I went to the library to study). Big Sean's music, especially the songs "Nothing Is Stopping You" and "Fire" made me persist with my dream and this year I finally managed to quit my corporate job because of the progress I had made in my business. His music drove me to keep going during those late and long hours working while everyone else was asleep. It was like he was speaking to me through his music and helped to keep the fire burning. His album with Metro Booming "Double or Nothing" started it all. I connected to the spiritual side of his music too and now I meditate every day and I am experiencing the benefits. What I am trying to say is THANK YOU gentlemen. All the way from South Africa.

TI should really do more listening. Ask the questions and actually allow the guest time to answer. If you can't remember what you may want to say/ask, write it down and ask them when they finish speaking. I like the show a lot, just think that TI does a lot of cutting over and talking more than the guests.

That’s deep 33 years of living and T.I just open up my mind and showed me my WHOLE entire way of thinking and living isn’t something I should be ashamed of or embarrassed about. It’s okay to not know things and it’s Alright to ask for Help. Something so simple and because I never spoke up I’ve been living feeling this way for a Very Long time. Like T.I., Big Sean was definitely groomed well for it! 💯 Man people really needed to see and hear this, even while he was signed with Kanye he used delayed gratification to not get to big to soon which is a great mind set to have on the road of success. Every accomplishment is a milestone rather than these big ego boosters, while they are somewhat a big deal we treat them more like steps as we keep the forward and upward momentum, which T.I. also eloquently said. You have to have tunnel vision, know your end goal and often work backwards from it. Even when you accomplish that God still might have something else for you that you could've never imagined. 📈🚀 Well said Big Sean "you have to take good care of yourself" I've had to learn from that myself, sometimes we get so focused on what we want to accomplish that we often run on fumes. The better you take care of yourself the more you can actually get accomplished. Biggest gems dropped and there was a lot of them "balance caring and not giving a @%$*" and "you must teach what has been taught" I'll put these two up against any Ivy League educated individuals any day of the week, everything was well said gentlemen great discussion 💯💪🏽

This is what Tip needs to do (in my opinion). Stop having "interviews". Come up with subject matter that he wants to talk about and just have "contributors" from time to time. Because that's what's going on anyways because he dominates every conversation. Smart dude though I love his insight and what he has to say.

What I really hate in interviews is when the the interviewer has to come in and talk over the guest. With that said I appreciate Tip for catching himself and apologizing and letting Sean speak. Even with all the knowledge we know Tip has, it’s good to hear it from younger dudes.
