I have purchased the lemon cucumbers from MIgardener along with a list of other seeds 😝 and I am so excited to have enough cucumbers to make all the things that we love in our pantry ( I know it’s the pepper video lol, but…) thanks so much for sharing things that like our climate 🫶🏻🇨🇦

I can't wait for the totals of the weights of all your produce!

To be honest, we didn't track it this year, and I so regret it. We wanted to take a year off from tracking stats and now I really wish I had the info, but we tracked other things this year (info to come) Definitely doing it again next year.

Nice pepper-palooza! I'm super happy to hear you and your family love eating them. I never thought about canning peppers. I love the cat distractions lol. I have them all of the time. I haven't been brazen enough to try pressure canning yet. I have a pressure canner but am intimidated by it lol. This is the first year I have canned anything, tomatoes, which I got from a local farm market. My crops never seem to produce what they should. All in all I want to tell you, Stephanie, how proud I am of you and I hope to one day be a great mom like you ❤😊

This was real informative. I have done pickled jalapenos, but next summer I think I'll also do pickled sweet peppers. I have seed for some Cubanelles, so may try them.

Stephanie, I don't want to burst your bubble, but 16 tablespoons is 1 cup. Your peppers are beautiful!! Can't wait to see you make your sauces.

Haha! See, math is not my strong suit. At least I went less, not more, better for the diabetes lol.

Great video as always! This year was my pepper year as well, had 2 wheelbarrows full, still trying to figure out ways to preserve them. hehe Those longkeeper tomatoes are really living up to their names. Stevia is def on the list for next year. Cilantro sauce was my go to this year as a way to preserve all the cilantro. Always good to learn from you and the community

Thank you so much for following along. I am glad the long keepers are working. Our tomatoes were so late this year that I still have a bunch in the fridge. That is not a bad thing though 😀

Beautiful peppers! You really need a food processor for chopping those. I have a Ninja and it chops finer than I do by hand but it’s a real time saver for those big harvests.
Also, the jumping between days was funny 😂

I wonder if you saved all the seeds for your hens?

@ I mostly put them in the compost. The chickens aren’t as excited about pepper seeds as they are other garden treats.

I am going to have to look into the ninja for this. I am all for time saving! This video was a tricky one to edit, but I thought it turned out fun.

Wonderful peppers! What was the variety? Have you ever pickled peppers stuffed with shredded cabbage. My grandmother made them and I loved them. I haven’t found a recipe or been able to duplicate it. Any suggestions would be great!
