I really like the one bit where Luffy meets up with Stansen again. Partly because it was very cool to see that Luffy actually remembered who Stansen was, but mostly because Oda used it as an opportunity to draw Charlos getting his ass kicked again, which is always greatly appreciated.
One thing that this chapter made me think about is that there were probably a few hours during the Dressrosa arc where the giants might've considered freeing Loki because they all would've forgotten about Hajrudin when he got turned into a toy, meaning that Loki would've been the only possible successor to Harold.
We have to mention the absolute unit that is Elder Jarul; not only the oldest giant around he also casually walks around with a knife lodged in the head
Oldest and biggest, dude makes Dorry looks like a child, he even compared to a walking moutain (as a comparison, he could literally walk past Kaido and Big Mom and not notice them because they are too small)
I was abouta say, ppl are clearly forgetting Big Mom let a Tontotta hit within the last 5 or so years and that’s probably an even larger size gap than Ripley and her husband.

So the people see someone being killed for his ideas to spark a victim feeling on old fashion elbaf and carry out the change to trade. like if JFK planned his murderer just so as to now in the present Robbie Kennedy has more support from the people. Anyway I think elbaf will be a critique or will touch upon de dilemmas of modern times like the complexity and nuances of trade and war or lots of suicides.

I think it's funny how everyone is questioning the whole how did a human impregnate a giant thing. When I've been asking a similar question ever since I discovered Big Mom had a half-dwarf kid.
Further evidence that Ripley was named after WWE wrestler Rhea Ripley. Ripley being Colon’s mother and Rhea’s nickname being “Mami”. Plus all the other giants named after or influenced by wrestlers.
Well, if the Knights are after Loki, man of the internet, my figuring is that Loki either knows something/someone that they deem as a necessary knowledge or he has something that the WG wants. Freeing Loki would cause trouble for Elbaf giants, yes, but if Loki has something, knows someone/something, or his power is necessary now that the final war is looming, I'd think the WG would want Loki either joining them or (more likely) removing him in case someone decides to free him. After all, Loki was given a "special bounty," and I don't know about you, but someone given that kind of bounty has to be someone that the WG considers very important for their own plans.
Very important or very dangerous, they could just try to eleminate him as he's probably just like Yamato in Wano, the guardian of that country, tho let's not forget Luffy made a deal with him, so how that'll turn out will be interesting to see
I'm not so convinced that this mysterious woman is a noble. We can absolutely assume that Frank is one but I'm more leaning towards her being Frank's slave, possibly one raised from birth to serve the Figarland family with intense loyalty. She just gives me big "I do the talking in the stead of the Master because you aren't worth the oxygen he breathes" vibes.
Could also be because Shanks' voice and face are known around that country, so him talking would probably make the real Shanks comes back and whoop their asses
Maybe she's even a high-ranked slave, one allowed to even object and suggest things for the master to a degree. Kind of like Joseph in the Old Testament. He became a high-ranked slave in Egypt even the master trusted him so much
my friend was one of the first to notify the french scan sites yesterday, we were looking for the chapter, and we noticed that 1135 was published under the name 1134 ( there definitely was a scheduling error, because 1134 wasn't accessible as a result), and he quickly went on to notify manga moins, and oh my god they jumped on this so quickly. No one had noticed this, because it wasn't advertised as chapter 1135.
First of all, I think you owe all of us "Size Enjoyers" an apology. Second of all, i sincerely doubt the owl had anything to do with the most epic "clash" in One Piece history because, if a TONTATTA can have a daughter with BIG MOM, then anything is possible. But, hey, at least we know who the "lurking legend" Oda mentioned actually is: the legendary Giant Layer
12:50 But man on the internet, shanks basically adoptive father Gol D. Roger has a very similar sword, isnt it more likely that its a very common sword design among the older generations which also happened to become standard issue for the holy knights for its reliability.
Or alternatively, this fake Shanks was the one to have killed King Harald and framed Loki for his own crime, and Loki believes that this not Shanks was actually Shanks, not knowing about the scar, and thus, nobody believes him when he says he's innocent, which could be why he resents Shanks.
That's a line of thinking that I commented on in one of GLR's previous videos. Loki's been framed by the WG, setting him against Elbaph (who likely suspected that he would turn against his father for the man's wish to lead a peaceful nation), for something not even Shanks himself did. I also suspected that Hajrudin and Loki both don't necessarily agree with their father's wishes, and that Hajrudin intended to defeat (but not kill!) his father in order to take his place as king, but because of his father's devil fruit, he didn't think he was strong enough, and that's likely why he went out and became a pirate -- on a search for more power.
To me 1135 solidified Elbaph as an arc that's gonna be incredible, everything before it was setup, now Elbaphs conflicts and what the story is about is finally showing itself.
Notice that we got conformation that there are multiple Adam's Trees in the world. Also going by "Shanks" weapon look he might be the mysterious silhouette that was one of competitors for One Piece along Garling.
When Sengoku said he’ll let the Red Haired Pirates take Ace’s body because of who he is, it is entailing Shanks has been to the place of the Royal Guards and that he knows his lineage
What if king Harold made a deal with the world government and he changed giant culture to be peace loving to weaken Elbaph so they wouldn’t be able to resist the government’s eventual invasion. Loki found out and boom epic father son duel where he was framed as murderer
Given the speed at which giants age, Colons age must be around 20 to 25 which means his father must be a famous and strong pirate from the Rodgers Era. That rules out so many possibilities and almost entirely leaves you with Scopper Gaban.
It said the fruit only grows inorganic things, so Colin's dad surely was not gigantified by the fruit. Anyways, size differences have never been a barrier to reproduction in One piece. I hope the giants end up with a compromise of both idelogies, seeking peace and trade, while keeping theier warrior's spirit, they would obviously need it in this world.
Little off topic, but what if the “national treasure” Doflamingo mentioned in Dressrosa is the teleportation ability? Outside of shanks’ twin, all of the characters who’ve used it are certainly immortal.
Considering how big some non-giant humans can be, maybe that coupling was less difficult than you think. Also, giant woman and small man is more practical than other way around, especially when it comes to pregnancy.
If the owl can make a book (non living think) grow does that mean it can also make humans grow as tall as giants Maybe the human who married Ripley used this power or did cave exploring
I would say that at this point it's almost certain someone else killed the king and Loki ate his fruit in order for it not to fall into the wrong hands. Just like there is a blueprint on how princesses are written, it would also seem that any legit ruler has an agenda of peace and every time someone comes and dethrones them. Peace is great, but it's also very naive for a ruler to think his people will be safe by reading books and not training.
Just a very weird theory but could the person that Loki was talking with be Vivi? Maybe that's why the holy knights are looking for him. What do you think funny and handsome internet man?
I’m still curious about Luffy’s deal, what could Loki possible have that Luffy wants besides destroying a pirate crew? My guess is he asked Loki to join up with them
When the crew got split up pre time skip, I think the parallel will be them splitting up to be a "captain" of a group of people for the big war at the end... With USOPP being the captain of the grand fleet!
I love your vids and the ample amount of pirate-based information you provide my feed, the bit where you pass the mic back to yourself is my absolute fav! ❤
Before this chapter my whacky idea of potential Loki chance to be good was that old king (Harold?) was conspiring with World Goverment in some form: like making giants peaceful to weaken them enough for invasion that is now happening but with them looking for Loki probably not.
I'm French and the fact that you spoke a little bit of french in the beginning switched my brain back to native language mode, I've heard every "we" in the video as "OUI" 😂😂😂
I hadn't really put 2 and 2 together until you said something about the Sash Sash fruit, but Loki curiously has those bandages on him as well over his eyes. I wonder if she was the one to do it, and if fake Shanks actually was the one who took him out.
On both silhouettes at 12:03 and 12:25 you can see the sword hanging on the RIGHT side of the character, while Shanks holds it on his LEFT side (see back at chapter 1079), because he needs to draw it from the opposite side of his remaining arm (the right one). Shonks confirmed?
That chapter does confirm it but for another reason Fake Shanks and the girl are looking for Loki, but Shanks already knows about Loki and where he is (Loki mentionned meeting him) so the real Shanks would have no reason to lose time asking where he is, he's not old enough to have amnesia
we could assume the Owl's Iku Iku no Mi is how Colon was conceived, if it wasn't for the chapter summary stating by Lilith herself that the Iku Iku no Mi only works on "non-living/in-organic things" thus it won't work on humans its the literal inverse of the Deka Deka no Mi, as it both doesn't affect the user and thus also doesn't affect organic matter also if Colon is half-human, then it likely means he ages faster than giants and lives for a shorter time, but lives longer than human
While I was hoping the presence of Bonnie and Kuma would drive the crew toward the RevArmy, as that’s where I expected Kuma to be either worked on or preserved, I think Elbaf is a perfect place with all of the materials and space the giants have. As long as the Gods Knights don’t raze Elbaf, I imagine Lilith, Bonnie, and Kuma will definitely stay in Elbaf. Which leaves me questioning of how Oda is going to get it set up for Vivi to get with the Straw Hats in order for Cobra’s message to be passed down to she and Luffy.
Not sure if you're a Star Trek fan, but I get much the same vibes of Usopp/Elbaf as I got from Worf and the Klingon Empire. To quickly sum up 20 years of character development, Worf didn't know the empire, and had an ideal of a Klingon Warrior in his head, and held himself to that invented ideal. But when we see the Klingons they don't hold up to Worfs view of them, and he dismisses it. Later he gets a position of power in the Klingon Empire and ends up reforming it to actually reflect those ideals he believed in, as he was the only Klingon that ever really followed it. To bring that back to One Piece, Usopp is their brave warrior of the sea that Elbaf will again mirror itself after in the future as they've moved away from that past, and most likely we will find out we've ever been told of an idealized version of what it used to be like but Usopp has lived their ideal to inspire them.

You know people are virgins because they only know about sex to get pregnant the father don't even need to be alive to put the sperm in her..
Further evidence that Ripley was named after WWE wrestler Rhea Ripley. Ripley being Colon’s mother and Rhea’s nickname being “Mami”. Plus all the other giants named after or influenced by wrestlers.
The scans groups had copies before the officials arrived just takes time to translate etc.
Was weird the French officials came out early tho lmao
Very important or very dangerous, they could just try to eleminate him as he's probably just like Yamato in Wano, the guardian of that country, tho let's not forget Luffy made a deal with him, so how that'll turn out will be interesting to see
Bro had to cave explore💀
I'm not so convinced that this mysterious woman is a noble. We can absolutely assume that Frank is one but I'm more leaning towards her being Frank's slave, possibly one raised from birth to serve the Figarland family with intense loyalty.
She just gives me big "I do the talking in the stead of the Master because you aren't worth the oxygen he breathes" vibes.
Could also be because Shanks' voice and face are known around that country, so him talking would probably make the real Shanks comes back and whoop their asses
She's the Uraume to Frank's Sukuna
Maybe she's even a high-ranked slave, one allowed to even object and suggest things for the master to a degree. Kind of like Joseph in the Old Testament. He became a high-ranked slave in Egypt even the master trusted him so much
6:43 Owls are not your typical "intimate aid" except maybe for those weirdos at Bohemian Grove.
my friend was one of the first to notify the french scan sites yesterday, we were looking for the chapter, and we noticed that 1135 was published under the name 1134 ( there definitely was a scheduling error, because 1134 wasn't accessible as a result), and he quickly went on to notify manga moins, and oh my god they jumped on this so quickly. No one had noticed this, because it wasn't advertised as chapter 1135.
I noticed it too because I wanted to check the actual release of the 1135th chapter
You know people are virgins because they only know about sex to get pregnant the father don't even need to be alive to put the sperm in her..
The knights teleporting directly into the throne room, right at the foot of the throne, is still the sketchiest thing going on.
i just had a massive revelation...the silhouette of the man waiting for luffy is actually DRAGON.
12:50 But man on the internet, shanks basically adoptive father Gol D. Roger has a very similar sword, isnt it more likely that its a very common sword design among the older generations which also happened to become standard issue for the holy knights for its reliability.
Colon's dad surely did some real cave exploration
Sanji just put on a helmet with a light on it
You know people are virgins because they only know about sex to get pregnant the father don't even need to be alive to put the sperm in her..
Seeing Bonney be a kid and have fun is making me so happy
Iku iku no mi is giving mr. 3 a run for his money 😂
Human and a giant getting together isn't that big of a deal when you realize there is an owl that can gigantify things.
Correct
I m just praying that we see finally a flashback of void century...
This is MY wish for Elbaf.
Weird that "Shanks" doesnt know where Loki is tied up on Elbaph. Must be dementia 🤷♂
Split personality. One is Shanks, other is Sknahs who helped the raid fail.
He might not know what giants did with Loki after his defeat
thanks omg, someone who is thinking seriously
Notice that we got conformation that there are multiple Adam's Trees in the world. Also going by "Shanks" weapon look he might be the mysterious silhouette that was one of competitors for One Piece along Garling.
if Colon's dad is Scopper Gaban I wonder if the wedding Shanks visited in that cover page was his
Since she said she didn't marry i do not think so
@@BarnysCrapKeller ah you're right haha didn't read the informal part ...
Either Gabban or yet another Rocks, tho Gabban would be more hype, and also explain why Shanks (who decided to start moving) went there

Underneath the hood and mask is probably York's donor.
Or Lilith's
Donor? Like the person she was cloned from? Aren't the satellites all androids not clones?
The Bandaged Lady near the shanks lookalike character probably has some sort of pain-inducing bandage paracemia devil fruit ability.
You know people are virgins because they only know about sex to get pregnant the father don't even need to be alive to put the sperm in her..
Can you imagine if Ussop somewhere in this arc gets gigantified and fights Loki. A Luffy and Ussop giant team up would be awesome!
If the owl can make a book (non living think) grow does that mean it can also make humans grow as tall as giants
Maybe the human who married Ripley used this power or did cave exploring
It is stated in the french version that that power only work on non organic thing like book, no human or giant then.
@nekomiaou oh OK
😂😂
I’m still curious about Luffy’s deal, what could Loki possible have that Luffy wants besides destroying a pirate crew? My guess is he asked Loki to join up with them

When the crew got split up pre time skip, I think the parallel will be them splitting up to be a "captain" of a group of people for the big war at the end... With USOPP being the captain of the grand fleet!
Am i the only one who didn't see Zoro the whole chapter? I could pin point every strawhats but Zoro, after reading the chapter multiple times.
Wandered off, maybe?
He's lost, probably somewhere between Mariejoie and Wano at that point
Usopp becoming an elbaf legend by inspiring the giants would be so epic.

14:14 no no no, everybody is getting the gorosei wrong, they are the DEVIL’S FRUITS
Before this chapter my whacky idea of potential Loki chance to be good was that old king (Harold?) was conspiring with World Goverment in some form: like making giants peaceful to weaken them enough for invasion that is now happening but with them looking for Loki probably not.
I haven't been this early since my girlfriend got pregnant
What a giant revelation
Colon's dad is a professional cave explorer
The setup for the Straw Hats growing with the “inorganic” comment is actually so funny
That man explored caves no man has ever gone to.
I'm French and the fact that you spoke a little bit of french in the beginning switched my brain back to native language mode, I've heard every "we" in the video as "OUI" 😂😂😂
The more the giants say Loki is evil, the more I believe he saw something he shouldn't have and the World Government is trying to cover it up
I was half-expecting that the new unknown person would say „salmon“ or „bonito flakes“.
I hadn't really put 2 and 2 together until you said something about the Sash Sash fruit, but Loki curiously has those bandages on him as well over his eyes. I wonder if she was the one to do it, and if fake Shanks actually was the one who took him out.
The owl can't modify the size of living beings. It is specified in the chapter
That chapter does confirm it but for another reason
Fake Shanks and the girl are looking for Loki, but Shanks already knows about Loki and where he is (Loki mentionned meeting him) so the real Shanks would have no reason to lose time asking where he is, he's not old enough to have amnesia
we could assume the Owl's Iku Iku no Mi is how Colon was conceived, if it wasn't for the chapter summary stating by Lilith herself that the Iku Iku no Mi only works on "non-living/in-organic things" thus it won't work on humans
its the literal inverse of the Deka Deka no Mi, as it both doesn't affect the user and thus also doesn't affect organic matter
also if Colon is half-human, then it likely means he ages faster than giants and lives for a shorter time, but lives longer than human
I think one of the reasons why Loki killed his father is because he was a pacifist and didn't like the way elbaf is now
All i can imagine is the "little swimmers" we'll call them, expecting to swim up a river only to be dumped in an ocean.
