People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to. I tend to make fast asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional .This is what helps me relax most and hopefully you can find relief here as well!

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic (tapping/brushing/whispering) and visual stimulation (hand movements/lights/etc)

I click your videos for the sounds but also the atmosphere. I know your channel will be a good safe warm space to spend time. Ppl are vulnerable when falling asleep but you & other great ASMRtists hold onto us 💛 it’s noticed and appreciated
I love the really cozy, safe feel that the background has. It's just a nice little kinda cabin feel plus it's kinda dark and most people watch this at night. I really don't like the ones with a just plain background. Please never change it. ;)

Just a little tip for anyone who might want it. I think it helps if you are a little bit cold when trying to get tingles. Try sleeping with one or two less blankets or covers than you normally would😊
