Imagine being Al Capone’s principal and finding that that kid you kicked out became one of the biggest crime bosses ever.

Ohhhh.
Imagine being the guy who sliced him with a knife.
@@JohnM-sw4sc he’s still not as bad as the things trump did
Let’s go brandon
I know a descendent (from the good side of the family) the only ones who called Al Capone "Scarface" were his enemies, or those who wished to die. According to them, he could not stand the nickname.
Same thing with "Bugsy".
He prefered to be called "snorky", slang for a sharp dresser.
Imagine controlling an entire city only to be put in jail because you forgot about your taxes
Imagine that and seeing Jeff Bezos didn’t pay billions in taxes years later 😂
they couldn’t put it in offshore accounts
This video gives too much credit to the FBI for the downfall of Al Capone. It was really the IRS (with the possible help of Eliot Ness and his "Untouchables," who worked for the Treasury Department, while the FBI was a branch of the Justice Department) that discovered that Capone, who at that time was one of the richest men in the United States, had neglected to pay his income taxes for several years. He never even filed a return.
As for the FBI, it wasn't even called that at the time of Capone's tax evasion trial. FBI stands for Federal Bureau Of Investigation, but it didn't officially get that name until 1935. (which means it wasn't even called that when they killed John Dillinger, "Pretty Boy" Floyd, and "Baby Face" Nelson in 1934, or when they arrested "Machine Gun" Kelly in 1933) Before that, it was called The United States Bureau Of Investigation, or simply the Bureau Of Investigation for short.
In the animated sequences about Capone, some of the characters seem to be wearing modern day clothes, and there were a few modern cars too, including a modern police car.
@@davidhuns7545 He doesn’t have to pay billions. Neither any other billionaire/millionaire. This is all legally also. Do some research broski.
@@davidhuns7545 Most big businesses pay very little taxes compared to what they make. It’s all put on the middle class don’t let them fool you.
I think that when Capone went to the racetrack it was to see horses and not cars with horsepower.
I have learnt that all crimes are okay with the government except not paying taxes.
Why do you think the Joker feared the IRS, and only the IRS?
You caught it too ✊🏾💪🏾
“ I don’t pay my taxes”
*gets handcuffed*
“WOOOOOOAAAAHH”
Ahh, a man of culture i see.
Lol, infamous "the nose" illustrated without a nose
Thanks I won't do these mistakes ever after becoming a mafia boss.
I'm taking notes!
This is my 4th rewatch, have to make sure I don't forgot anything!
The biggest mistake in the sopranos was that all the families had a camera crew follow them around.
Hahahah
I wonder if Capone ever got revenge on that guy that slashed his face, or thanked him lol...i mean it made his image and reputation partially, or at least added to the myth
killed him most likely if so nobody would had called him that to his face
He hated that scar, so he probably killed him.
I read that he made the guy his driver and bodyguard, but honestly who knows.
I've always heard that Capone hated the name "Scarface", and that nobody ever called him that to his face.
I did.😇
First mistake: Joining the Mafia!! Duh

I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact taxes are what got Capone his prison time.
Hey you may be the biggest organized crime group but you still got to pay them taxes 😂.
Only thing that could be proven
I've always thought it was weird that its celebrated. Basically the government saying we don't care if we can't prove anything your still going down..
Thanks for reminding me, i will never repeat those mistakes again
I just can't enough of your mafia vids❤️
Nicely informative video.
A few mistakes in the Holleeder part, but great video!
luv the vids they are so interesting
Vito sounds the best mobster on here. If his life was a movie you wouldn't believe it
It was. "The Godfather" is largely based on Vito Genovese.
I like how the animation make it look so friendly! If only
I love this narration lol
Capone’s major downfall were the stds
That's true. Capone had contracted syphilis, possibly from one of his own prostitutes. (although a husband and father of one son, Capone, like a lot of gangsters, had a reputation as a lady's man)
Anyhow, he could have gotten medical treatment for his problem, but he failed to do so, and do you know why? Well, it was because rough and tough Al Capone, the big mob boss of Chicago, was (are you ready for this?) AFRAID OF HYPODERMIC NEEDLES!
As that old Frank Sinatra song said, "Ain't that a kick in the head?"
I had a moment of clarity today that showed me ive spent way too much online. Specifically RUclips. Anyway, I was watching tv earlier and at some point i didnt like wut someone said and i thought, almost subconsciously, for a second to leave a comment ON A SHOW I WAS WATCHING ON TV ?!? Lol like wtf dude 😄 i had to laugh. Be talking to myself "Like for real man??"
A teacher creates a mob boss, what a surprise…
I love how we keep killer mob bosses alive....
Therefore i conclude schools can create the best or worst of a person...

Guess what happened to the guy who gave Capone the scar on his face. Killed? NO. Capone hired him as a bodyguard.
