This is the neatest Cross I've seen in a long time. I really like the pens an daysd the fun zendoodle vibe happening. I'm really wanting to incorporate more of those elements into my designs. On another note, was so excited to see a new video from you Miranda! I've watched nearly all the ones you have uploaded and I have enjoyed every one of them. The knowledge, wealth of information and your peaceful spirit are just what I need. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much I really appreciate your kind words. I'm so glad you're finding an interest in this art. Were you the one writing me on Pinterest yesterday? It's so hard to tell with usernames. What kind of art do you like to do normally? Thank you so much for taking the time to stop and say hi. And thanks for watching
@@MirandaPitrone I have done several things over the years. I have pieced quilt tops, made decor for weddings and other special events, sewn praise dance costumes and alterations, sewn costumes, made framed, custom jewelry art, and now I'm doing dot mandala art. I have difficulty doing many of the things I listed because of my hands, but the dot art is very calming and reduces my anxiety and it doesn't cause my hands to hurt. I have always loved mandala and henna art of the Indies; I find just watching the artists creating their intricate pieces to be extremely peaceful and calming and I can literally watch for hours. When I went searching for a new and interesting creative outlet, your videos were the first I came across and I was interested immediately. I thought your videos were informative, I like that they are full length, and I watch them in their entirety.
I saw some egg-shaped and rabbit-shaped wood pieces today. They were nice and thick. Not in time for Easter, but I will catch the after Easter sale and be ready for next year. I am going to try pens. I have some, but weirdly have not tried to dot with them yet.

Sounds great! they are fun!! I would love to hear how it goes for you
I love this! I have painted a few, and to stop the paint from absorbing into the wood, I use enamel or multi surface paint 😁 And Happy Easter!
That's a great idea!
