You know what's nice ? It seems anything Chris Harris and his buddy's put together with honesty and no bullshit works... Good on you boys
Well Kissyfur almost scuppered the whole thing with his wholly bizarre and unfounded attack on Mr JWW earlier this year. A man who incidentally has spent over a year with his team working on a car auction platform of their own which has yet to be launched. I'm not saying the two are related in any way of course but Chris is lucky James didn't take legal action.
Anyway, I sincerely hope Edward and his father can sit down and enjoy a rotisserie chicken together over Christmas.
@@LCOF unfounded? It quite clearly was real. They didn’t make it up for no reason, why would they anyway? JWW has some dodgy friends anyway
Just awesome -these guys have got it nailed.
Great to hear from Ed and lovely tour of Parsons Green at the same time. You passed my old house twice 😆
A 28 minute video that manages to hold my attention, nicely done guys !
And it wasn't Pornhub for a change. Well done you.
Excellent and thought provoking. Thank you!
Ed, it was a pleasure meeting you and Chris at this week's event at Autobahn! Hope you had a blast!
In Chicago?
Never forget the McLaren F1 GTR video with Ed and Chris!
Excellent video. Great business idea, well done.
I am a satisfied purchaser this year .

Lovely work guys! Amazing idea and platform. If you ever think about Istanbul, Turkey, give me shout (expat living here) :)

Another watchable and interesting video from "Collecting Cars" thank you. 👍 Although you could have cleaned the birdshit off the windscreen beforehand? 🤭
I would very much like to have a pint or four with Ed.
Id love to work for this Business. If you need an Accountant with a passion for cars! Id work for free (for a while).. great business going from strength to strength!!
Reading some of your TrustPilot reviews.....and it ain't good chaps.
Collecting Cars : Land Rover has 2 "advantages" in the car world : ENDLESS UNRELIABILITY and FUGLINESS.
Out of curiosity, if you agree with vendors about a reserve price, why bother starting off each auction at £0, isn't that clickbait?
And what separates companies like you from auto trader, except that it's the seller you make feel happy with the free ads, because you stiff the buyer with all the fees? (And justify it by saying other people charge 15%).
That's like having a burger van, charging £15 for a burger and justifying it by saying a michelin star chef is selling them for £45 down the road.
You do know how auctions work right? Incidentally if you was offered a burger for 15 quid or 45 and they were the same what one would you buy?
@@vokstar where in my reply does it insinuate I don't know how auctions work? I have worked in the trade for over 25 years and I detest companies who try to promote themselves by saying everyone else's charges are "criminal" when still charging buyers up to £6000 in fees just because its through their website. They don't store the cars, they don't look after the cars, all that commission is for what exactly? Just because the car is worth more shouldn't mean their fees should be higher. An advertised car is an advertised car. Flat rates across the board is the fair way to do it.
@@vokstar and the point with the burger analogy is its a £3 burger, but they charge higher prices just because they see someone else do it, not because its worth it. And then justify it by saying its cheaper than the competition. Doesn't make it right.
Sounds like sour grapes if you’ve been in the trade.
The best thing about that awful looking defender is the smell of a bull terrier.
