Lil'Rag is a Tier 4 unit that gives a random minion on board stats based on the Tavern tier of an Elemental you play on your board. This card used to be very strong in the previous meta. In the current meta, it's not that strong since there is Rock Rock and Greymane's Champion. However, Lil'Rag is a Tier 4 unit that can offer some decent scaling
